Building looked good, front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was the smallest hotel room that I’ve ever stayed in, just about enough room for the bed and a few other items. It was quiet, everything reeked of cheapness refrigerator had no freezer and microwave had only defrost or high settings only. Could not connect to the network on any of my devices. Breakfast was run of the mill, but not bad, didn’t have a bad stay but I expected a larger room and better amenities.
Unplanned stay in Klamath Falls for car repair. Good location and excellent customer service from everyone I encounter. Heidi was super friendly and helpful for check in. Nice breakfast area and good selection for this type of hotel. Got a nice room on the 3rd floor with good views. The room was basically good with a few exceptions. Stain on carpet, desk chair was stained - used bathmat to cover the seat. Pillow was firm and too tall giving me a bit of a stiff neck in the morning. Those things aside, given the price range and what is available in Klamath Falls, I would stay again.
The hotel has a large lobby & breakfast room. Check in was a breeze and the gentleman at the counter was kind & courteous, he went over breakfast hours, room location, wifi, pool and hot tub info and asked how our trip is going. We were given the option of 1st, 2nd or 3rd Floor which was nice. We chose ground level this time, our room was small but cozy perfect for us. There was a decent sized bathroom, a queen bed, closet, desk, tv, fridge & microwave. The room had a bench seat in the window which I loved. I chose to hang out there for a bit. It was comfortable and we could see our vehicle from the window.nThe bedroom had a large mirror as a backdrop with bright lights, it was perfect for someone to do their makeup if the bathroom was in use etc.nThe bed was comfortable, and we had plenty of pillows. The down side of the rooms being small is you can hear the tv from the next room through the walls. And unfortunately for us the alarm clock from the opposite room that went off from about 530 - 930ish when housekeeping went in and shut it off. The only other issue w3 ran into was the side door closest to our rooms key reader was down so we had to walk around to get back in the building.nThe location was great for our trip and the hotel was clean and nice, and the staff was all friendly. Overall a good experience.
Location was fine and safe. We stayed 3 nights. We were told our room would be cleaned and it wasn't. We had to retrieve clean towels & tp each night. Our room had peanuts on the floor from previous guests. The bedding was on sideways so the first night our feet hung out the bottom. I corrected it for the second and third night. Breakfast options are limited.
I booked a reservation for a one night stay. I broke my ribs and had to cancel the trip. THEY CHARGED ME THE FULL AMOUNT . I canceled a few hours after booking. I spoke to the general manager who asked for proof of my injury. I sent that, several times. They stopped responding to me. I paid $225 for an online reservation for a few hours. I really feel this was unacceptable. Despite the fact I was a repeat customer! Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Karma IS a thing.
