Cimarron Inn Klamath Falls

We always stay here when we pass through Oregon’s. Service is always very friendly. Breakfast and room were great. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, a lot of riff raff around the area. Overall good a for a night or two, just would make sure to lock up your car.

3 Stars is being generous, was greeted very friendly, about 8:30 pm our satellite box on the tv went out. After 3 people at 10:30 pm still no tv. My husband was asleep and they wanted us to move to another room, I said no as we had been up 18 hrs, Already that day. The next morning I asked for a partial refund for no tv and was told not likely as they offered me another room while my husband was asleep. At 10:30 pm. We did have 1 more day with the motel and was moved to another room the next day!

Please tell me how we were charged $200 for one night to stay in this room. The pictures speak for itself. Not sure why it was $200. I didn't even feel comfortable using the shower with how dirty it was. They do have a good breakfast and the staff are friendly at checkin but never again!! Stay at motel 6 for less than half that price.

The good things first: The room was fine, also a bit narrow, but clean.nUnfortunately the person on the desk did not even greet me when I arrived late after I encountered a dangerous snow storm the last 100 miles into Klamath Falls. He only said ¨how can I help you?¨ ¨Your ID and credit card - not even please or thank you.nOr any other friendly word. Why do they even have people there,nif acting like a computer?nHe asked me ¨which country?¨ when typing the info of my drivers license, even it says Nova Scotia, Canada.nThen he said room 147 at the second house. I barely could read the room numbers, but didn´t find 147. So back to the reception again, asking him to make a drawing were the room is. Finally he gave me a plan, that he should given me in the first place! Especially when it is dark and the room is far away from the reception.nThis room was also the farest from the parking!nHas this worker a problem with women? Or with elderly guests? Or is he too lazy to help them to find their room? It seems this guy needs some training in customer service and how to behave in this public place. If his parents didn´t teach him, the hotel owner or manager should explain him how to treat guests...nI am travel journalist and stayed for the last three months every night in a different hotel in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico, and the States. But he was the unfriendliest desk worker of all.nA reason not to come back or recommend this hotel.

Booked a room based on the images on the motel website and expedia. The room they placed me in was a football field away from the main building and full of illegal immigrants. I felt unsafe and worry for my car. Provided a few with some food as they were rumminging though a dumpster nearby. I parked as close as could to my room and deadbolted and prayed.
