We had an excellent stay at your hotel - we were pleasantly surprise by the quality of the room, cleanliness, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast options and the lady at the breakfast -- she was very nice and helpful. We have been staying at Hampton Inns in the past .. compared to that, Comfort Inn was better in every way. I will be looking out for Comfort Inns. For the Klamath Falls Comfort Inn .. Thank you and we will likely see you again next year.

Walls are thin, heard next door ordering pizza with payment info that kind of thin. Mini fridge kept humming loudly every hour thru the night, bathroom fan is also unbelievably loud whenever the light is on, generally Choice hotels' mattress is firm & comfortable but not this time, both room keys suddenly stopped working despite not placed close to phone/wallet.

Very nice staff, reasonable price, very good inclued breakfast. Only reason not 5 stars is elevator is out of order.

Couldn’t even get a room because we are “local” and don’t have a $300 cash deposit. The receptionist wasn’t even willing to help and the manager supposedly wasn’t there. We were just wanting a stay-cation in town and this is what we got! We are NOT happy!! Local businesses ask to stay local? Definitely not at this business!!

Basic hotel, good for no more than one overnight stay if you are on a trip. Overpriced, breakfast is non-existent although they say they serve it. A bit noisy from some equipment running, probably internal ventilation.
