Pretty perfect dinner - and we are pretty discriminating diners.  Food, service, atmosphere were all ideal.  Chef's attention to nuanced flavor combinations and sauces/reductions along with beautiful presentation merit highest marks.  If you love food, skillfully prepared and beautifully presented, you will love this place.

This restaurant is the heart of Vermont. Food embodies the essence of life in those mountains. The most romantic place, especially if you make reservations before sunset. Bon apetit.
