Use to go there a lot but last time I went (April 2nd 2018) the service was unprofessional. Usually people say “hi “ or “can I help you with something...” But today was an awful service. Worst is when the employees are staring at you but don’t have decency to say anything .

products are great , i went there couple of months ago , i thought it was on sale still , i open a bag and see a 30% off ticket inside so i was like wow ok ill take that but when i ask the staff , she tells me ( sorry the product isnt on sale anymore ) so i asked well the 30% was in it so i will take it with the 30% , but the girl tells me that ( did you put it in ) i was like wow really? but the most of my point goes to the stuaff who doesnt care about their costumers , i walked in to see stuff , no hello or a smile they just chill in the back of the store and judge you if you are going to buy something or even worth their time to help you out but even worse the eyes of the bodyguard who stays at the door no smile nothing , its like going into prison , i will avoid this store from now on , and go to the one on mirabel .

Horrible horrible horrible experience! I bought a pair of slip on sandal for $180 thinking they will be of higher quality and comfortable. They where very uncomfortable, I had bruises all over my feet from wearing them for only two hours. I went back to the store to see if there is anything they can do and was even more dissapppointed with the way I was treated! The staff was extremely rude, all they said is that if they have been worn they are not refundable, didn't even try to think of a solution and litterally all walked away from me and completly ignored me! I had never been so insulted in my life! Product was horrible, service was even worst! Never ever putting my foot there again!

Worst experience ever ... for Christmas my husband bought me the new Michael Kors Access watch, and we loved so much that 2 days after we go back to buy another one for him, one month later mine had a technical problem so we went back to solve the problem we were helped by a gentleman that was extremely unprofessional, first he didn't have the same model to replace, and only two choices for me to replace, than he couldn't give an estimated date for arrival, than when I finally choose a model that I don't like he changed me more $63, when I complain that I was taking something that I didn't like, he told me that I could return and buy online, but because I didn't have the charger I couldn't do the return at that time, suggesting that I wouldn't return the charger the day after... honestly after spending over $900 in that store that idiot thought that I would steal a charger ... I end up paying more for a watch that I didn't even like it so much and leaving the new charger there... after a great service provided by a lady on the inicial sale I had an awful experience when complaining because of a product defect Michael Kors never again

Michael kors store at this mall got the worst service ...... i like MK brand but I would never by it from this store so I won't repeat the bad experience again
