Forever 21

There is no where to sit down in the store or the changing rooms, which just makes the experience uncomfortable for peoples parents or partners. Not enough hooks in the changing rooms either. This makes people eager to leave.

Good prices but poor customer service in the cabins, it's probably teenagers who never had a lot of experience before but working in retail stores at their age we were taught to be a lot more polite with customers.

I called to ask if they had a certain item in store and they told me they were too busy for that. Really !? I know it's not Holt Renfrew and I shouldn't expect too much but what I asked for was a 1 minute job. I work in retail so I know. Customer service...NONE

I think a teenager room is better organized than this store ...everything is half on the rack, half on the floor
