When I bought my ring, i intentialy brought an older ring for them to use as a guideline to have the right size; they called me 3 weeks afterwards and still managed to have the wrong size. I told myself, I should gave them a chance...worst decision ever made. They took the ring back to fixe the size; called my back another 4 weeks later; only to find out that they exchanged my ring for something else!!!! I bought a gold ring; they gave ma back a silver ring!!! The rep tried to pull a fast one by rushing my wife to try the ring on in a hurry; in hope that she doesn't notice the change!!! That place is shady!! I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!!!

They damaged my pearl, in the beginning I went to get it fix so I could get it on a necklace but it came back with grey spot on it, send it back, they made a hole, send it back again then the hole disappeared magically. Anyway this whole sharade lasted 6-7 months and they never apologized! Never go you'll get your stuff swiped or damaged!
