Very impressed with this restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious and our waiter was really great. He remembered my name, never let our table run out of water, was quick with our other beverages, explained the menu very well to us and had a pleasant demeanor. Our food also got to our table very fast and multiple employees would quickly clear our table. I'll definitely stop here for dinner any time I spend the day at the mall.
Very highly recommend dining here. We have been here multiple times, have tried different dishes every time we come and not a single one has disappointed us. Our favorite experience so far has been doing the Decadent Omakase because we got to try dishes we may have never order by ourselves and also because the morning after this particular time at Roka, we found out we were expecting our first child. The service is always exceptional. We can’t wait to dine here again!
Came here for a Valentine's date and while I am not surprised, we were blown away by everything! the food and drinks were incredible and the service was great too. Timely and professional. Everything we got was delicious but the hardest thing to forget is the perfect char from the grill SO GREAT.Food: 5/5
My family and I had the best time at Roka Akor! We had a reservations and were seated promptly. Our server was excellent, he explained the menu in detail, and was very friendly & accommodating. The food….. oh my gosh the food was amazing! The Chilean sea bass was like butter! The whole experience was exceptional!
the best dinner i had for a long time. I tried this place for restaurant week$55 set dinner. more to my surprise everything was beautiful and delicious. started with three appetizers main dishes included beef, lamb or fisf. I liked all . all staff were friendly and helpful. expect to come back for more
Celebrated my birthday here. They surely made me feel special. The staff and the service were on point! We were told by our waitress that if we got the Signature dish then we would walk out full, she was right! Highly recommend the Omakasi, it’s well worth the price and is very delicious. We spent 3 hours having this delicious. They will individualize the meal of you need them to.
The best steak house ever that I’ve ever been to. As you walk in, Ambience of authentic Japanese/ Korean food.Excellent customer service amazing atmosphere, amazing vibes, good music, very authentic, made us feel amazing, brought us here for my sister‘s birthday I have to give it to all the waiters and all the chefs for actually coming up to our table and introducing the food to us. We had no idea what to order but oh my goodness gracious the steaks are to die for. Also the seafood and the sushi. I have never got out to eat like this especially something this fancy, and I have to say that this was my best experience especially living upper rich middle class life.
We just left here for our anniversary dinner and it was probably one of the best meals we have ever had. I can’t even pick a favorite of all the things we tried. The scallops were to die for, the dynamite roll was fantastic along with the dumplings. I loved the Cod and my husband loved the Ribeye. We sat out on the patio which was wonderful on this gorgeous night. Our server Wade was absolutely fantastic, he had some awesome recommendations and answered all of our questions. He even brought us out a fantastic dessert to celebrate our anniversary. We originally had reservations a RH but wanted something nicer and I’m so glad we decided to go here. We will 100% be back again!
I was left a little disappointed with the service and meal at this location. They appeared to be severely short staffed which is unfortunate as it was NYE. Our glasses of water were always empty and no one came to refill them. We placed our drink order before our meal but didn’t receive them until after our meal was complete and that too after asking a server walking by about our order. I had the sea bass at the Chicago location earlier this year which was cooked perfectly and tasted so delicious so I was looking very forward to it however my sea bass yesterday afternoon was chewy and didn’t smell good. Spent $400 on just an average lunch….
Love this place for a nice dinner out with the girls! So yummy. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and a few rolls and shared everything. The best way to dine at a place like this.
