Amazing had great service from Rachel yesterday. Came back again in a rush. I called a head. And Dovas was super kind and efficient and had my shirt ready at the counter. Great experience. I was in and out and arrived at my appointment early. Thanks guys

Back in August I bought a 3 piece from this location and at first I was impressed by their knowledge only realized later that it is mostly talking and no actions to match with. I had to go 3-4 times for alterations and once I was shouted at because an employee couldn’t find my articles in store due to wrong tags and took his frustration out on me by raising his voice when I asked him how long after 30 mins wait. I told them numerous time how I wanted my fitting but they don’t like to listen and impose their own ideas. They are young employees who think they have mastered the art of fashion and customer who is spending hundreds of dollars do not know anything and shouldn’t complaint. I spent money alterations plus so many visit and ultimately I had to pick up my articles because there was no time left. I shop for half and double price in same category and I can confidently say their staff needs training on at least understanding customer needs. I regret not going to suit supply.

Not worth your time. I used to work at a Moores in the late 2000s. Never would we ever let anyone walk in without being tended to. The employees chose to tend to others instead of me, including those who got there after me. They clearly saw me searching for a suit, but I was ignored while others were offered help. To top it off, they have a very poor selection as well. Moores has really gone the tubes. Very sad.

Placed online order with 3 items on Dec.8. Then, I received a notification that order sent on Dec.12. However, I've never received the order and checked the status of my order on their website. The status was WAITING for CARRIER PICKUP. Contacted Customer service and they told me that they're not sure either package was already sent, but they can't find it in the warehouse. Well, I guess it was first and last time I shop online with MOORES. Very disappointed, especially prior to Holidays ! They let me down big time!

Christina helped us out today at the Point Claire location. She was SUPER helpful in all aspects for finding the entire suit for a special occasion, right down to the details of accessories shoe size, belt, tie handkerchief etc. She really knew her stuff and made the experience a very pleasurable one. Honestly without her help we would have been completely lost. From head to toe she dressed my partner with professional expertise on color,size, brand and style. She was very friendly and maintained a prompt return time despite helping a few customers at the same time during high volume season. Very impressed, HIGHLY recommend

Charles was very knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with both him and Alexandria and they provided an excellent experience.

Alexandria helped us assemble the perfect 3 piece dinner jacket for my sister’s wedding and was a huge help in taking my measurements and making sure it got fitted to my build and frame. She also made great recommendations for accessories for it! Would definitely recommend.

My 16 year old niece who after trying multiple places who told her they couldn’t do anything to help her went to this location today and was in a state of panic because she needed a few stitches done on her Judo Gi’s. She leaves tomorrow morning to fight for Judo Canada in Sarajevo, Bosnia. I am not sure who helped her however they did and went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and were able to sew her back patches on perfectly. Without this done she would have been automatically disqualified for her competition. So Whoever it was that helped her today thank you beyond words.

Courteous and friendly staff. Good selection of suits, shirts, shoes,ties and other accessories. Be aware that when you buy a $500+ suit, alterations are not included in the price. Bovet used to include alterations at no extra cost.
