The staff is friendly but some of them could use more training. I had a small accident, and it took 2 months to get an appointment to fix my car. I called and left voice messages that never received a call back. The garage did a good job at fixing my car. They did, however, give me my car back without any windshield washer fluid, which was dangerous for my drive home.
I am writing this review that it may help others know more about this location and the really bad quality of work that was done. My brand new camry 2022 that I just got 2 months back, went for a repair after a tree branch fell and broke my windshield and made some dent on my roof and hood. It's been almost 2 weeks since it went in for repairs and yesterday I was told that it was ready finally. As you can see from the pictures in what state it was returned to me, totally unacceptable and today morning I had to go drop it off again. I had to drive it off yesterday with pieces of broken glass on my seat and inside the car. I had to use my jacket to be able to use the seat to drive the car. Not only that it wasn't safe to drive, after waiting so long there was other places on the hood that had no damages earlier now had damages. And they have to do another paint job to fix the damages. I have no words to say for this kind of work and unprofessionalism. I wasted my time yesterday and have to deal with the stress again to miss my work to go pick up the car and hoping this time they will take responsibility for their work. There is more to write about my experience but I hope anyone reading this will think twice before choosing this location or TD to do their repairs.
Trunk was changed and one month later Alarm rings every time trunk opens. Told me to go see my mechanic.
Very disorganized company.. my vehicle was dropped off at this center to be fixed due to someone hitting me, about a week later i get a call that my car is ready, as i go to pick up my car they tell me i have to pay my deductible, but in this whole process of this claim nobody mentioned that their was a deductible to pay and even on my paper the body shop gave me with all the details of this claim it states 0$ deductible.. so without any explanation they just say oh its how this works and charged me 225$ for no reason or logical explanation behind it. I then call my insurance agent to ask him why i was charged and then come to find out the body shop shouldn’t have charged me and that i was indeed right about the 0$ deductible…. Its not about the money its the sheer unprofessional service with zero explanation on the charge and just taking someone’s money for no reason whatsoever.
Horrible. I'd recommend not listening to TD if they suggest this garage and instead go to one closest to you or one you already know & trust. Repaired the vehicle properly but did not recalibrate the blind spot monitors correctly. Still wrong after 2nd attempt. Now have to bring it to the dealer to get them to fix it for good. Hours wasted & money lost from work for zero result. I'm now eager to see who will be responsible to pay the dealer for the additional work.
Brought my car for repairs as per my insurance broker's recommendations. They are courteous and obliging. Extremely clean service area. They were late in delivering one week but had to wait for a part. In the meantime I enjoyed my loaner. When I picked up my car, the navigator was not functional and I called them the next day. They had said to drop it off before closing and they'd look at it. Not their fault because they didn't do anything to it however when I did get in my car the radio stations and time was all off from what I had stores so I think there was a battery disconnect while they worked on it and something was awry. Other than that, they are excellent.
Worst experience ever in my life with the shop and the TD staff.
Amazing and seamless experience. Opening claim, same day called for my rental car, they took care of making sure the car went to the TD partnered body shop, which is next to the office, and car delivered in a timely manner and No hassle no headaches. Just peace of mind! Thank YOU, and continue being better with time!
