I showed up 7:40 am to get SIN. No one was standing in line!!! Just me. A few people arrived later. Those who had an appointment had priority entry, which is the duty to be!!! Efficient, effective and friendly. In less than 20 minutes I had my SIN in my hands. Well done.

In the last 6 years I have been to this location 3 times to renew my SIN, but it never took me any longer than 30 minutes in and out. Reading the other reviews I might have gotten very lucky minimal waiting time mid morning, friendly staff and easy parking, so I might take this opportunity to buy a lottery ticket.

Went to get my child's passport processed on a Friday morning and there were a only a few people there, was out in an hour. Considering it's a government office, I have no complaints about staff or wait time. Recommend going there for any passport needs.

Rude agent in charge of the line up on 4/8/2022. When asked if I had an appointment and explained to him that the passport agency in Fairview sent me to this location because they told me that we did not need one at this location, he dismissed me by say that the Fairview keeps sending people there, and that they don’t know what they are doing. When I politely asked for more information because I didn’t know what I needed to do, he became impatient, rude and dismissed me. He actually walked away from me while uttering the words « Go home and make an appointment Madame, otherwise you will wait all day here » Disgusting service! I guess one feels powerful in uniform in charge of I lineup.

Not sure if the same people are in the same places everyday but the lady at guichet 4 is rude and obnoxious.

Kind and patient staff. The waiting line is minimal at the start of the day. Waiting area is covered and seating is available once you get inside the office.

Waited 2 hours in line to be told that they weren't accepting passport applications that day. On prior visit, while waiting in line at 11:40 am, they closed for lunch for an hour with no prior warning. Terrible service.

I went on Friday 13 August 2021. And I have to say a big thank you to Miss Cecilia who was extremely understanding, patient and very professional with me. Maybe I went on a good day, but the waiting time was the exact same when I had my appointment and when I came back without one due to some missing paperwork.

I went 2 weeks ago to service Canada I waited at the entrance information desk for 15 min. Then was sitting on the chair and waiting. There were 2 women that were free and doing nothing that worked there for 45 min- 1 hour just having a long conversation. They served me after they were done talking. That is unfair and not right. I did not expect that from a gov’t office.

After staying in line for 4 hours you just get a new appointment to wait again, just because a payment didn't get through. Poor management...
