Do not use. Multiple errors on my tax returns, and I haven't received one of the returns back yet. I caught one large error when picking up my completed taxes. They told me it could not be an error as their system was very good. After verifying they said "Sorry, it was input wrong". Now I found out that I have 2 errors on my Provincial forms, and they only respond with "Sorry at least you don't have to pay". I don't have to pay a penalty because one of their errors meant I overpaid! I brought their paperwork back to show the errors, only to have the owner say sorry, turn his back, and walk away. Terrible customer service.
