Kanuk

I had excellent service from two vendors despite the fact that I was very picky (about synthetic insulation, color and size). They were very patient and helpful. I am very pleased to have my own Kanuk coat, having seen both of my parents having them all their adult lives.

As a first time buyer I am very pleased with the service the people inside this store gave me and my wife! Richard I can say you guys have an amazing team and thank you for everything you've done for my wife and I! Definitely recommend this store.

Visited on a busy Saturday. Great range and excellent signage but poor customer service. Still bought a jacket anyway though YOLO

Have had my Kanuk parka 5 years plus, still warm, great shape and elicit compliments. Very impressed and got a chuckle when I ordered it was COD

Extremely disgusted at Kanuk's customer service. They did not honour their prices during the Black Friday event on their website. They did not inform me the order was cancelled, and did not refund me until I called them 3 days later asking for a tracking number. The supervisor told me that he would do nothing because it's a glitch in the system. I told him that it's not right and would report to the Consumer Protection Board, AND TOLD ME TO BRING THEM TO COURT because the judge would be on the company's side. What kind of customer service is this? AVOID this brand at all cost, regardless of the quality of the jacket.
