Great grocery store with many choices. Perfect for the condo citizens living near this area. There is a Starbucks shop inside the grocery store. Staff very nice and helpful.

Average overpriced grocery store. Always messy but the staff is friendly and nice. There’s also more self check outs than actual cashiers, be ready to be a free employee.

Great store, good location and has almost everything you. Lots of parking surface and underground. Love having the Starbucks inside, so ideal for a quick coffee grab whilst doing the grocery shopping. Good range of instore made meals and pizza as well as a good selection of cheese too.

When there is so much negative n the world I would like to share a positive.nI shopped today at the Metro Parklawn and Lake Shore Blvd cashed out at 1:48 pm with an actual cashier. She is one of the more mature cashiers. This cashier and another mature cashier has always been pleasant and so helpful. They understand what good customer service is.

You can find products more expensive in the metro compared to other markets. But what's worse is that many fruit and vegetable sections are empty or not fresh. There was also a bad smell in this metro for a long time, this smell has decreased these days but it is still not completely gone. Another thing I am dissatisfied with is that the metro started using the metro app after using airmiles. Then it switched to moi. The points I collected in the metro app were not in moi, so they were deleted. I contacted them for this but after a few emails they left my emails unanswered. If you are treated unfairly in this metro branch and they do not help you, be persistent. And definitely check the prices at the cash register!
