I would like to compliment and thank the staff at this Metro for their kindness and care when I was feeling dizzy and needed assistance while there shopping. The cashier Angela Dickenson went out of her way to get me a chair and to ask if I needed medical assistance. She continued to keep an eye on me while still serving her customers even though the manager had also come to my assistance. Your staff was thoughtful and compassionate and it was greatly appreciated! I will continue to be a regular customer at this store!

The self checkout is brutal. I will not use it again. I'll still shop here, but will leave my groceries if I finish and self checkout is the only option. Note to management and owners, your self checkout is not accessible in accordance with the AODA. Do better.

They RARELY have what they advertise as being on sale. Just because I can't make it there first day of the sale, I lose out on the savings. I will no longer waste my time with this store. The one on the Hamilton mountain isn't much better. Used to have one close to me on Upper James and it was a great store. Those days are long gone.

The hot food section was why we went. It was a Saturday and we were surprised to find that they had stopped replenishing it at about 3 PM. We went in at 5 PM. So the hot food we went to buy, had been sitting out for two hours. On a Saturday I’m surprised that that wasn’t more attended to. When we got home, it was pretty gross and rubbery.Staff were friendly and helpful. But I definitely wouldn’t recommend their hot food.
