Slum lords who openly lie about their buildings to try and get people to move in, they have no support, their 1800 number goes to a machine. there is mold, roaches, mice, aspectos in their Sherburne Toronto building and they lie about treating it.

I would give 0 starts if possible , i have my hot water thank leaking as well as making a sound . There is no valve to shut it off . I have called the office they are closed . So i called the emergency line where MATHIEW answered and informed me that he canot do anything for me . He could not answer if this will be documented since i will not be held responsible for any damages that js cause to my house from this probleme since i have called to try to fix the issue as soon as i saw it . I do not recomend living or renting anything that this company has to offer since their employ cannot help you or answer any of your questions . And just to make it clear i called the EMERGENCY LINE .

Metcap living is unresponsive. They post apartments for rent on Kijiji, pad, mapper, Roomster, and they provide a telephone numbers where individuals are unable to leave a voicemail. They continue to post vacancies that are actually not vacant, serving to frustrate a population searching for affordable Their lack of response and their insistence on keeping unavailable rental suites posted service to confuse and frustrate renters in seek of permanent housing. Listing agents refuse to empty out their voicemail box, making it impossible for potential renters to leave a voicemail and make an inquiry. This is unprofessional and unkind, when one thinks of all of that individuals searching for affordable housing in Ontario

I had to visit the office with a concern and the people were very helpful and professional. I don't understand the 1 star ratings everyone was amazing to me.

Krista, our resident manager is always amazing! Her and Matt are always there for the tenants, truly amazing people!!

We have been living in 3360 Paul Anka Drive,Ottawa,ON,K1V 9S2 for 10 months since September 2021. Before signing the rental contract, the company did not inform us of the pest problem COCKROACHES in this apartment. We have been harassed by cockroaches since the day we moved in. The management comany arranged the pest control company for cockroach treating for 10 times and every treating time we need to go out for at least 5-6 hours, but the cockroach problem still exists. Since this company changed a new management comany called MetCap, We have reported again the cockroach problem to the new management company and have made a claim more than 2 weeks but we have not received any reply from them yet and nobody has done anything so far. we are curious, we pay our rent on time every month the rent is actually quite high, shouldn't we have a pest-free environment? Why do the management comany always prevaricate and refuse to accept their own responsibilities? Can someone tell me when MetCap the new management comany can give me a definite reply, like a responsible company? MetCap, you can't just take money and do nothing.

if i could give this less than one star i would. i signed the rental agreement, and they deposited my check. i went camping for 3 days which i told them beforehand and they signed the lease my lease with someone else even though i said i wouldn’t have service. all my stuff was already packed up and the moving van was booked. now i have no apartment to move into after my lease is up at my current place and everything is already gone for the next month. thanks a lot guys i hate you.

RE: 7280 Darcel Ave It's currently 32 degrees outside. MetCap has sealed all balcony doors shut due to their never-ending renovations so you can't even open your door in the evening for some fresh air, due to this my apartment is unbearably hot, and of course they won't turn the air conditioning on. If you have any sort of breathing difficulties here's another reason to avoid MetCap. MetCap IS THE WORST SLUMLORD EVER. I don't even know where to begin to describe how awful this company is. The staff in the office are obnoxious, unhelpful, ill-mannered, and overall inept. You'd think that for the amount of rent they charge, they'd hire professional and competent staff, but that's too much to ask from MetCap. The building's interior is in complete disarray. The building is infested with roaches but they'd rather spend millions on fixing the exterior of the building so they can jack up the rent. You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig! DO NOT RENT FROM ANY BUILDING MANAGED BY METCAP. Save yourself the pain and hassle you'll experience and find something else.

I just got an appartement from MetCap, their servis is very good, clean building, friendly respectful and professional stuff, specialty Lena. I’ll give them 5 star. Thank u Metap.

Staff have been extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Very friendly and reliable. The building is clean and kept in good condition.
