Had lived here for 3 years and experience was great! Layout in our corner unit was just perfect, very spacious and functional kitchen, true high ceilings though the whole unit. Decent-size front loading washer & dryer.  Prices for extras like parking & locker are pretty reasonable.  Unit maintenance: 5 stars. Extra thanks to Victor, all issues were addressed very quickly. Building also performs proper maintenance like windows cleaning and A/C filters replacement.  Building management team is great as well. Cheryl was there for us since day 1 helping to provide great tenure experience. She went above and beyond on several occasions, and we are very grateful for it.  Obviously, there were some occasional issues as well during our tenure like loud late parties, pot smell in the hallway but those issues were taken seriously and addressed by the building staff.  Overall, a great place to live in if you don't mind such a busy area.

I have lived here for a little over a year. At first, the building administration was great: they fixed problems quickly and the amenities were a nice plus. Now, they basically don't ever fix anything and are disrespectful to residents, brushing off even safety concerns. There were some people who had their bikes stolen multiple times at the garage and they didn't do anything about it. Not only that, the amenities are almost always closed. The pool is constantly closed, the party room is not available anymore, etc. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else - at this price point you can find something better.

I’m a little disappointed in the leasing process at this property. As a landlord myself, I feel that the team should be more transparent whether someone is going to meet their requirements or not. It seems like they don’t have proper SOP’s in place. Additionally as younger renters are looking for a place to live it would be helpful if the team would further explain what exactly they are missing or looking for instead of saying “my system doesn’t tell me why you’re denied”. Rejection in apartment hunting is normal, but when an applicant is given requirements by your team, meet them and are still denied, they deserve an explanation as to why this occurred. I would refrain from recommending this property as they are also hard to get ahold of over the phone and don’t seem interested in renting to younger renters with experience, high credit and income.
