We flew to Toronto less than a month ago, lived in different rented apartments and approached the search for our housing for the year ahead with all responsibility. It's good that we decided to come here and find out if they have free apartments! And luck smiled at us : Because we liked everything: the attentive attitude with which we were met here. Service. The people who work here. Their smiles. And love to details. Personally, we found what we needed: a cool location, a cool view from the window, good supermarkets, cafes within walking distance. And most importantly, a reasonable price for Toronto :
We were living in a renovated 2bed apartment here 2575. It is really spacious and good. Big windows and a lot of sunlight. The only problems I had was the lift and laundry. The lifts does not work most of the times. Laundry rooms are not well maintained.
I am living in Main Square for over one year . The location is great! Everything that you look for , I can find here . From groceries, walking clinic , my daughter love the school. My apartment is cozy and very easy to clean …. If you are looking to rent a suite , I hardly recommend your start here . The view from my suite is beautiful. I rented the suite before the new corridor …. I was so happy when they started the renovation of the new corridor…. Now I am living in a beautiful suite on the beautiful corridor . I feel like I am in a Condo, not apartment building. Thank you Resident Service for the excellent customer service. Thank you Jordan and Luciana for renting this suite to us and Mel for always open a smile and be so kind and so patient with my broke English
It's been six months since we are living in this apartment. Management is amazing! Staffs are quick responsive, listen carefully, always welcoming, and love to see their teamwork. The location is prime, everything is nearby. The rental team, especially Stephanie helped me a lot with directions to get this unit when I was on my parental leave. I was a bit worried after reading reviews regarding cleanliness and security, especially for my two infant kids! I am lucky enough I haven't seen any problem with security. I love to see the security officers' activities at any time in the apartment premises. Happy with the cleanliness of the lobby and my hallway. So far, I have dealt with most of the management staff. I appreciate their always smiling and friendly attitudes.
Main Square Apartments is in a pretty good location, with all units renovated and beautiful views. I couldn't get an apartment here just because I got a job that is far from this location; other than that, I would call here as my future home for sure!!! I would like to thank Luciana who has an exceptional customer service, showing all the units available and doing her best to meet my needs. She has a lot of patience and kindness! I am still very impressed with her work. I could feel how important the clients and residents are for the Realstar's Main Square team.
I have been living here for 4 months and it has been good so far. The apartment was renovated before I moved in and management has responded to most issues that I have had within a day or so. The staff is friendly and respectful. The location is really good, being close to TTC station and Go Station plus grocery stores, Canadian Tire, La Fitness etc. So now that I mentioned the good stuff let's go into the bad. The heat was turned off in early/mid May so when the temperature dropped on some days and nights inside the apartment was kinda cold.
This place is managed in a professional and competent manner. The leasing process was smooth and easy. I was helped by Irina when I applied. She was very accommodating. Special thanks also to Laila and her team. My unit is beautiful, clean and new. Every request of mine is attended promptly. Great place and great people.
Go train good, TTC good. Supermarkets nearby good. Rent is high. Utilities high. Water no good, Electricity no good. Elevator no good, laundry room no good. Thefts plenty, homeless coming in plenty. Heating no good, Garage door no good. Cockroach good, bed bugs good. Security no good, management is waste. Only good is go train nearby and TTC nearby. Easy to get downtown.
We just moved to this place, we were impressed with the excellent reception we had, all the professionals who attended us were super helpful and polite in helping us to adapt. And in relation to the apartment and location, and close to everything you need for everyday life, restaurants, markets, train, bus, beach, children's squares and in a few minutes I have everything in a very practical way. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come and live here.
Had a great experience with the Leasing Specialist, Ms. Luciana Franca. She helped us a lot for the process and is always available for communication. She handled my documents so well and guided me at the best. She is so helpful. Just keep going Luciana. You are the best. Really appreciate. Thanks, Raj
