Worst management ever. They only have 2 great gals working for them and if you look all the good comments are only about those 2 people, not the place. Do not waste your money on this place, you will be so disappointed. or you end up taking action against them legally. Just saying, much better places in the city. The pictures are the way the unit was rented to me. Ready to move in !!! Took them a month and more than 100 emails back and forth to do most the stuff and still if you come to my unit you will think I have been living here for more than 10 years, broken tiles, broken kitchen counter and more. Most parts are still the same on the yellows parts on the walls. Lets don't forget about cockroaches when I moved in, was welcomed with cockroaches. you still are thinking about moving here! Think twice! I had to pay extra to stay at the hotel when they redo the floor and the walls which cost me a lot of money, I had to sleep in a place with the smell of color and oil and chemical for a month because I didn't have extra money to pay for the place and the hotel and they told me sorry no money back because eventho it is our mistake but you signed a lease! Well best of luck but think twice.

I live in one of the units in 111davisville. As you can see there are many bedbugs coming from shared wall from other unitthey made some whole between 2 units When i reported this bulding manager alreasy knew that this hapend to other unit 1 months ago and she did nothing about it. They schduled something called treatment for 5 days after my report. At the end i had to throw 3k worth of furniture out and god knows how.many clotch cause they were everywhere on cieiling. Then when I asked them to let me leave they did not cooprate with me and i had to pay for hotle and another aprtmant and still pay for their unit as well. So if you are looking for trouble thisis your company they dont care about you at all.

Worst Management: I have been here for 03 months and had pathetic experiences. 1. I purchased Locker Space and even paid the advance and booked my locker and also informed to the Apartment Supervisor. And, it was the only locker available though they have plenty designated rooms, they don't build enough lockers here. Surprisingly, the next day i went to put my stuff, the lockers is already taken by someone else. Even more surprisingly, management office said that was their poor coordination and asked me to wait for 10 days for the property manager to comeback from a holiday. I have my luggage coming in less than a week and she did not care about the situation and if not, they will refund my money but don't give me a solution. 2. In 03 months time, i have requested the rental office atleast thrice to setup my buzzer code and every time i follow up, they consider it as new and i never get mu buzzer code. 3. And, the biggest problem i faced for 02 weeks after moving here was with the FOB. The FOB that i got was not working and rental office just cant help me saying they don't have fobs. I was literally denied entry to the building, locker rooms, laundry and no one care until i sent escalation emails, many visits to the rental office, phone calls, service requests. 4. There is a portal for residents to post the requests. Unfortunately, my requests never get attended. Its been more than 02 months i notified the management about a broken handle of refrigerator we've observed and posted to make sure that was a defective one we received from the previous tenants. 02 months and no response even after a follow up notice. BEWARE AND BE WISE WHEN YOU CHOOSE THIS PLACE. APARTMENTS ARE GOOD BUT YOU DONT GET PROPER SUPPORT AND SERVICE WHEN YOU NEED AND IT IS PATHETIC

33 davisville - wish I could give it ZERO. When I first received the apartment it wasn’t cleaned and infested with roaches and other pests. I had to put several notices to help. It keeps getting cockroaches every few weeks and all they do is spray. I’ve told them where they came from they don’t seem to care. The stove have been broken since I received without fixing they tell me to use the other 3 instead of changing the stove which is old dirty and attracting roaches. Someone vomited on new years and to this day they haven’t even hired a proper cleaning service to remove the stain and vomit from the lobby and outside the elevator. The building is completely disgusting at this point I even catch cockroaches in the elevator. Spend 200 extra on a proper condo. This is not worth it.

Do yourselves a favour and rent anywhere else in Toronto except here. There is a reason why their rental prices are cheap-ish than in the area and why why they have empty units. 33 Davisville and all other buildings managed by RPMS are pest riddled silverfish, roaches, rats. After living for 15 years in their apartments they never ONCE updated anything. They also don’t fix anything and they enter the apartments without notice whenever they want. Their management is also one of the rudest I have ever met especially Falguni Chauhan. After complaining that the stove keeps catching on fire and it’s a fire hazard she told me to just use another burner and that the stove catches on fire because it’s “dirty”. RPMS does not care for the safety of their residents. Oh ya…they also have a giant mold problem so best of luck to your lungs.

One star is too much for racist management Worst management. Only Lisa and Jovan was kind and helpful rude and abusive two Serbian guy’s and one Indian lady they are worse people I have ever seen in my life they think they are the best but they are just idiots the serbian guy offended me two times one time he hit me and didn’t say sorry by passing by he did in perpos I have ask them to do treatment for the bugs they didn’t care at all the apt was infected with cockroaches and small bugs. They are truth economics they try to bully you which agents the law they do not respect people as human being they look at you they against humm rights the senior investigator is pure I am talking for 33 Davisville ,Ave

Property manager lies. They don't take care of tenants repairs after they have been caused by the buildings poor maintenance. They are not transparent and hide behind city bylaws. They have no respect for the tenants that pay their salaries. -1 star

Nertila is amazing! Made the process very easy for me. Feb 2022 Update Nov 2022: Its been 3 months since I left the apartment and the company is giving me run around and won't return the pre-paid rent for last month. I had a decent experience when I wanted to rent but leaving the place and getting my money back has been a nightmare. Today marks the 84th day and I'm still waiting for my money that I pre-paid. Look elsewhere or don't pay for the last month when signing the lease.

The building manager was prety rude to my friend. Also they have lack of info like we went there 3 times and each time they give us diffrent answers. Their unit have bugs and they dont care at all like they expect people to live among them!

Nice place to stay during the initial days to Canada. Schools are nearby, subway is around the 400 meters from the building.
