Well maintained, staff are kind and willing to help.
I live in the building diagonal to this building. There is a guy who likes to stare in my windows. I called the desk tonight, the concierge. He was SO HELPFUL, patient and kind. He deserves a raise! I didn't want to call the police. As a neighbor- thank you!!
Well managed, sometimes a little too well though where it can feel a bit constricted. Other than that, it's in a gentrified, really safe area. Well kept, and super clean.
Still pretty well kept building but it's a matter of time....
Great team, attentive service.
