Meridian Pizza Restaurant | Smoky Mountain Pizzeria & Grill

We were looking forward to a good meal. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us a couple times. We received our drinks then our appitizers. Then we waited at least 40 minutes for our food. My pizza was mushy just gross looking, the fries were cold my son's sandwich was so soggy that it was falling apart. The waitress got us fresh fries and ordered me another pizza which I took home . The manager comp our whole meal which wasn't expected. We would have paid for our drinks and appetizers. We are willing to try a different location. I think they need runners to help get the food out efficiently because before we left there was a lot of meals under the warmers. Very busy with no help

We were in for dinner as a family with two small kids. Our waitress was great. However, from the time we ordered to the time our food came to us was at least and hour. We could see our food sitting in the window so I’m not sure what the hold up was. By the time it came to us the tops of our sandwiches/burger were extremely hard and my kids Mac n cheese was crusted over. The fries were terrible as well. The waitress offered us new Mac n cheese but my kids were starving by that time so I fed them what I could of it.

We have always loved the Teriyaki Chicken Fettucini from Smokey Mountain... the sauce, generally awesome, was, this order totally non-existence...the vegetable, generally generous, were this time..almost non existence. The flavor, we generally love was totally non existence.. The house salad we ordered with house dressing, which we generally love, was not house dressing and the salad was sooooo tiny. We also ordered a chicken Caesar salad which my son said was just ok... What a sad sad dinner..for 40+ dollars..and we picked it up! Not good Not good. We will try another place next time because this was totally non-existent.. (very disappointed). So sad!

Have eaten here before and had Mark as our server the last 2 times. He is attentive and comical. Mark is eager to please and actually takes pride in his job. Our personal experience and observing how he interacts with others, both customers and coworkers is a pleasure to see. Keep up the great job Mark! Atmosphere is pleasant and food is good. I had the happy hour 8" personal carnivore pizza special for $4.85 The pizza is made from high quality ingredients and they aren't stingy on the toppings.

Had a great time with family and friends here. Upbeat and friendly staff and the food was great. Well decorated and laid out.
