Canyon Creek Restaurant & Lounge

If I could give less then 1 star, I would. We were the only non bar customers. Waited 5 minutes to see an employee. Finally someone comes out to say pick a seat. No menus, waitress took our drink order, still no menus. Got our own menus. More waiting. Finally place our order. Drinks are empty, waitress walks by 3 times, doesn't even acknowledge us. Finally brings the soup for my husbands meal. Eventually brings a refill for him. Food shows up, they forgot one of my daughters entire order. My Cuban was terrible, pork tasted old and rancid. Husbands chicken fried was soggy and cold. Mashed potatoes were watery. And the veggies tasted freezer burned. The one kids cheese burger that did show up, was raw! Tried to catch the waitress but she again ignored our table. We did not finish our meals. We paid for our drinks and left. Terrible service, horrendous food. Will NOT return.

Rented this place for my sister wedding until 1 am.. this lady comes yelling at 1230 or even earlier GET OUT GET OUT! as we're trying to get our stuff our like presents and so and she is like I'm not trying to be rude and starts YELLING AGAIN GET OUT.. She complains about the mess which my sister tells me we paid them to clean this place as part of the contract and this other girl is like your fine I'm sorry but then she goes and tells the guys closing the door, once the door closes no one can come back it! Lady we rented this place until 1 am... I'm typing this and it reads 12:48 and this lady starting screaming 30 minutes ago to get out! You can hear them in the back making fun of my sister wedding like once you get marry your life is over... The musicians are trying to get their equipment and even offer to clean so this lady can stop complaining and leave... There were to girls 1 was RUDE & the other one was at least trying to be nice!

If you stay at the Shilo, you get coupons for a free breakfast and you get a limited hotel menu to order off of. Then you wait. And wait. And wait. While non-hotel guests are seated after you, order, are served, and leave, you'll still be waiting for your free breakfast. Almost an hour later you'll get lukewarm food that is acceptable but nothing special. They do keep the drinks refilled. Yay!

Stopped in 3 weeks ago our breakfast was good and the service was wonderful. As we were eating we noticed a new girl starting that day and here we are back for breakfast 5/22/16 and we got the new girl(surprised she still has a job). We placed our order and sat and sat and sat. Finally my husband went to the counter and asked if there was a problem with our meals. New girl comes over and said really no food yet. Then goes to get our food it was cold when it arrived. The new girl then said I'm so so sorry I didn't know your food was ready Noone told me... really that's a crock of crap... she was in the kitchen several times she knew we didn't have our food. She even said oh your food is almost ready but forgot us... they said well we will do some sort of comp on your meal again we are so so sorry. They gave us a comp they took our drinks off.... REALLY WE WILL NEVER COME BACK. My husband as nice as he is even left a tip had I of still been in the building hell no she would not of gotten a tip....

Not crazy about the place. To experience for the way they make the food. The hamburgers are ok, but still to pricey.
