Panda Express

We have always loved Panda I’m sad to say we will never be returning to this location. We had ordered fried rice and chow main, they were working on making a new batch we had no problem waiting. My family waited 30 min while we watched the servers dish out an entire line of customers rice and chow main. My husband went up to the register and waited for 10min to ask what was going on and where are food was? The servers gave him zero acknowledgment. I had to walk slightly around the counter to ask where our food was. The server Adriana then rudely addressed me that I was to not be behind the line and what did I need. I apologized and stated “we have been waiting for our food. “ she snapped “well what are you waiting for” I informed her of rice and chow main” after 40 min we revive our 3 boxes of food that have rice and chow but are still missing orange chicken. I return to the register and now ask for a manger I’m greater by a teenager named Alejandro who states he is the Person in charge. I tell him of our poor customer service his response is “we have provided you with your food now what else would you like us to do” he then offered a refund due to the poor experience. I go and sit with my family and eat, Alejandro never comes back to issue the refund. I return back to the register to request the refund I was promised Alejandro informs me that due to my family eating after a 40 minute wait he would no longer issue the refund because we took the option of having our family eat. At this point I have asked for the general managers number and the time they will be returning to the location. We make contact with the manager and do finally revive our refund. The point of this review is inform everyone of our experience. My family and friends will never again eat at this location.

We love eating at Panda. But tonight they were definitely on top of their game. The food was like upgrade 2.0. From their already good 1.0. I could eat that all over again. As a matter of fact, my wife says, "you want my broccoli?" For real.

In general the facility was nice and clean. Wasn't super happy about the orange chicken. Not fresh or very flavorful. Didn't seem fresh. Also 2 of the 4 fortune coolies we got had no fortunes in them! The shrimp was delicious though!

I never leave nasty reviews for restaurants... But I have honestly had it with this location. They run out of half of the menu items close to an hour in advance of closing and refuse to cook more. Their customer service is curt and cold, and drive-thru always gives you about 2/3 of the amount of food as when you go through the line inside. Tonight I am frustrated because I drove up at 9:25 and they close at 10:30, but the door was locked already. The lights were on and an employee came to the door and said that they closed early tonight for an employee party. There was no sign to say they were closed early, and she made no apologies! Please care a little of you have to turn someone away. All of the employees stared at me as I walked out to my car and drove away with hungry kids. :(

Even though the food is good, the service is always slow. I have gone multiple times and each time it's about a 15 minute wait. Tonight was almost 20. If you are in a hurry, I would pass. If you have time, then I would stop by.
