Been shopping here for quite sometime. Mainly south until recently but now frequent the west location. Always a pleasure and never any issues. Helped get me some items that were special orders through them in a timely fashionMoza racing sim stuff as well as assisted me with the purchase of numerous other items including my 2 new 3D printers. Cannot recommend enough.
Please look at the pictures and then come back to thisnnWhat happened? These fans are essential how the HAVN case keeps the system cool, I can fix the cables obscuring the screennnI wouldnt have cared if you horizontally mounted it if it was a space thing with the fans.nnIts a $10,0000ish build man, I would've bought those side mounted fans they're critical to how the cooling management works.I assumed they came with the case. Due to it beings a 9950X3D / 5090 its going to need that temperature managementnnI was only told by Sales that we needed to go with corsair bottom fans due to Tryx not having the bigger ones. No one ever said it was missing side fans. Your store literally advertises this case showing a gif with how the thermal management system works with those two side fans being criticalnnI dont understand how this possibly could have been missed during the build.nnI live 2.5 hours awaynnAlso I understand this is your tech's first time with this case, I'm not throwing shade at anyone I just can't comprehend thisnnNone of the boxes had the wifi attachment for the back of the computernnVideo Card should have been horizontally mounted as it was meant to be I dont care that the case is able to vertically mountnnCooling tubes partially obscuring panorama 360 screen shouldn't be exposed and should be running down the opposite side like 99% of every other HAVN build.nnWires just in full view even on the fans lolnnI'm angry when writing this review, but everything I'm saying is true. The absolute sheer lack of professionalism is shockingnnIt has all the hardware I want short of the sidefans, why would it be built so badly? This doesn't make sense. Do I just return and buy the same hardware from the south store and hope for the best?
Don’t usually do reviews outside of food but memory express deserves a mention. the service tonight was awesome, don’t know the guys name but was very knowledgeable and courteous, took the time to go through the system looking for quality parts and good deals i bought the system. sorry no pics as i don’t have it put together for a few days.
I was dealing with an awful situation of an incident that required the replacement of all my office equipment. I was greeted by Rayan and Paul. Rayan listened to everything I needed and got me components that fit my needs above and beyond. He made me feel like I was family while dealing with him, I have never had such a good experience shopping for electronics. He hunted deals and showed me good products that matched my needs. These guys went above and beyond of normal service to ensure i got what i needed at an amazing price! Seriously if you need PC or parts go see Rayan!!!!!!
First time and I was impressed. The staff will blow you away. I was almost speechless lol they were answering questions before I could ask them. Inventory on the shelves looks space but don't let the fool you as everything is in the back. Manager approval for larger purchases was a nice touch as he didn't just check and walk away but engaged with all customers.
