I was pleasantly surprised by the positive outcome from my recent experience at Memory Express, particularly because my previous visit there did not conclude in the best way possible.nnI was fortunate this time around because I came in looking for a bridge connector for a hard drive that I had removed from my old laptop, which had crashed unexpectedly. The sales associate recommended that I purchase an enclosure for the drive, which also has a bridge connector, and then I could continue to use the hard drive as a portable storage device once I had transferred my most critically important data.nnI am very happy with the solution that he recommended, because I would not have received that type of consultative service if I had ordered online. The price difference was also negligible, especially when you consider the fact that I did not have to wait for the item to be delivered, or the higher quality of the item that I purchased in the store.nnIt's nice to see that things have improved at this location and hopefully the positive progress remains persistent.
To begin, I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent location of the establishment. While it may not be ideally situated, it is certainly a good location.nnLast week, I visited the establishment and purchased a new motherboard, which necessitated the purchase of additional RAM, a tower, and an AIO cooler. While I initially felt overwhelmed by the task of building the computer, I eventually became frustrated.nnI decided to pack up my belongings and return to the establishment, where I met a gentleman named Jake. I must commend Jake for his patience and willingness to assist me with the assembly of the tower. His calm demeanor, understanding, and excellent customer service skills made the experience much more enjoyable.nnIf the owners or managers of the establishment are aware of Jake’s exceptional contributions, I would be grateful if they could consider rewarding him with a raise or similar recognition. His assistance has not only made the experience easier for me but has also earned our business.nnThank you again for your exceptional customer service.
Came in to Memory Express today in the west end for yet another stellar customer experience. This place is buzzing with great energy and the service is second to none.nnThomas in service and his manager, Paul, took extra care in updating my motherboard and throwing in a bunch of courtesy service as well for good measure. Easiest 5-star rating I've given in a while.nnAlso, quick shout out to Rayan as well for my last visit. There's something in the water at this place.
Amazing staff here, they are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. For anything computer related, I would recommend going here over anything else! The store was busy, but all the staff were giving people proper and patient advice, helping everyone in turn. Our personal experience at check out was as the gentleman helping us was awesome, we had an idea of what we wanted but he respectfully recommended something else which was better but cheaper. He didn’t have to do this, but as I said above, they are so knowledgeable and helpful that we had to go with his suggestion and found that he was right. Excellent work by everyone at Memory Express.
Kevin was very friendly and helpful when I came in today to look for a cat-5 splitter. I am not very tech savvy when it comes to computers but Kevin was so nice and helped me find exactly what I needed. He also gave me some great tips and advice on some other things I was looking for in the future.nI will definitely be returning and getting some more accessories for my computer in the future!
