As a 15-year customer, I had an incredibly positive experience at Memory Express on September 13th. The staff was fantastic and willing to put up with all of my questions, which I truly appreciate. A special thanks to Alex and the other employee whose name I've forgotten—they were both patient and knowledgeable.nAfter building the PC on Sunday, I can confidently say it's better than anything I've ever had before. The system is a beast, and the process of putting it together was smooth thanks to the advice I received. I highly recommend Memory Express.
I have dealt with a lot of PC stores and Memory Express, particularly the south location is the best place I have ever been to. The staff is fantastic and you can really tell they are passionate about computer's in general. During my recent experience I dealt with Corey, August, and Jason. All of them were fantastic, especially Jason who gave me a no BS experience with straight forward information while also never making me feel dumb for asking questions. Overall the store has a lot to praise:nn- A lot of products in stocknn- Great recommendations from the staff without feeling like they are just trying to sell you more.nn- The staff seems to work to get you the best price on whatever you may need for your build.nn- Prompt service with realistic wait times.nn- Real attention to detail whether you are trying to find compatible parts or having them put your PC together.nn- Great communication when trying to plan out your future builds, they provided me a detailed quote for my upgrades within 10 minutes.nnOverall the best place I have ever been to, really appreciate the staff and look forward to going to them for any future needs.
I had bought a whole system from them and I came back a week later because I changed my mind on one of the components. I was nervous about exchanging it since I had been using it for a few days but Neil made my experience super smooth and actually kind of enjoyable! I'm super happy with the service I got and will definitely be back
Absolutely just a wonderful place. Very reliable and friendly. We just moved from BC and we didn’t had any places like this and the fact that everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable I’d recommend it to anyone. Service is amazing too, I’ve been dealing with Scott in service and he is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Made sure he tried everything before sending my PC to get a closer look. Everyone there is just amazing. 100% recommendable to anyone looking for a reliable place to go for PC.
Great staff but mixing service and repair with simple return is horrible idea made the wait time very very long …. you have to wait for an hour average for every customer.
