This is a mini Best Buy! Not your standard electronics store, but this dense version of Best Buy is easier to navigate and find items if it is here. Has most of the sections: TV, computers and laptops, Apple devices, Samsung display, and computer accessories.
Porter is the guy you want to ask for. His costumer service is world class. By far the best experience I’ve had at a best buy location. I needed an rca converter so my tv was able to play through my speakers, but wasn’t sure which one was best for my system. His knowledge of each product gave me a better understanding of what I was buying and why. He put it into words that anyone would be able to understand and after I felt extremely confident in what he recommended was the best option for me.
Travis helped me out today and was great! Very friendly and patient with all my questions. Definitely will visit again because of he fantastic customer service and welcoming energy. Thanks again Travis!
Went in to buy a dyson in blue/cobalt it showed online that they had it in store but didn’t when we went in no issues there. But the guy there was so rude to his colleagues and his tone was very rude as well. I am a manager at a store as well and that’s not how you treat your colleague. Be nice to them and ask them politely when u need them do something. Even if you’ve had a long day doesn’t mean you are gonna be rude to them and not even say a nice hello to the customer and give off such cold vibes. Nobody greeted anyone and had these weird looks on their faces not a good vibe to have at all. Only one guy was nice and cheerful. I wish i read his name as he was the only reason i bought my dyson hair care from them.
Daniel the sales associate at Best buy on Sherwood drive was and did an exceptional job on our purchase today.nWe will be back should we have any worries.nThank you again for your help.
