We had such a positive experience at this location. We’ve been looking for a quest 2. We were looking for this model in order to get sense arena, as that’s a more affordable way for our son to train - Goalie training costs so much, and being rural means it’s hard to access. Families like ours have to look for different options. Every other location we went to did bare bones to help us find one, or help us with options on a new one. Thomas, at this location, not only took the time to look it up for us, but then worked a bit on the price so it fell into budget.nnThis location definitely has a mom & pop feel to it - it was like being back in my small town, where everyone is trying their best, and working to help the other out. I’m definitely biased, as a small town gal, but I prefer this style of business ownership over typical capitalism. It feels way more credible. Thomas made sure we felt taken care of. What a refreshing experience.nnThis will help our kiddo a lot, and eases some of the in season training pressure. Thanks Thomas & team! We appreciated your effort & commit to customer service.
Went in to buy a dyson in blue/cobalt it showed online that they had it in store but didn’t when we went in no issues there. But the guy there was so rude to his colleagues and his tone was very rude as well. I am a manager at a store as well and that’s not how you treat your colleague. Be nice to them and ask them politely when u need them do something. Even if you’ve had a long day doesn’t mean you are gonna be rude to them and not even say a nice hello to the customer and give off such cold vibes. Nobody greeted anyone and had these weird looks on their faces not a good vibe to have at all. Only one guy was nice and cheerful. I wish i read his name as he was the only reason i bought my dyson hair care from them.
Daniel the sales associate at Best buy on Sherwood drive was and did an exceptional job on our purchase today.nWe will be back should we have any worries.nThank you again for your help.
Recently purchased xbox console from this store that was supposed to have included the xbox ultimate game pass included. I had to drive from out of town to this specific store because it was the only one near by that showed it had this particular Xbox in stock. I showed the staff the ad from the BestBuy website which showed they had two in stock. I checked with them several times to make sure the game pass was included. They informed me it would be inside the box. It's a good thing I decided to check and set the Xbox up before Christmas or else I'd have some upset children because guess what.... no xbox game pass in the box. Tried to call the store but you're unable to contact the store directly just Best Buy customer support which hopefully will eventually get it sorted out. I took all the proper steps to make sure this wouldn't occur but due to lack knowledge from the Best Buy staff, here I am jumping through hoops trying to make sure this is setup properly for Christmas.
Environment is really good but the lady working near order pickup i guess evina you need to learn some basics for customer service
