Rhett was amazing. AMAZING.nnI called to inquire about buying my sister a new rig after her old one, quite literally, burst into flames. Not only did he provide me with the information on pricing that I needed, but he went out of his way to find me different options at varying price points and performance capabilities without me even having to ask for it. That, and he's emailed me the information so that I can further look into everything! He was incredibly helpful, and efficient as well! The phone call was quicker than I thought it would be and I was left armed with more information than I had expected, which makes it a lot easier for me as a customer to find exactly what we need. He went above and beyond for me and my family, and I'm very grateful to him specifically. All of this, and I didn't even need to come into the store! Thank you again to Rhett specifically- he singlehandedly represents the reason why so many of us trust Memory Express when it comes to electronics, as opposed to Best Buy and other major retailers. Not to mention he was super nice and funny, too! 10/10 experience. You guys have a great team there, but I'm sure you know that already. : Thank you, again.
hi i have been coming to this memory express for years and have always had a wonderful experience. i have popped in and out over the past 2 weeks gathering parts to build a new system. i was helped most of the time by Rhett and he really helped me decide on the right gpu for me. i had also ordered a hyte y70 online as it hadn't been listed anywhere in stock but i walk in and he was like oh let me show you this and pulled one out of no where. he also helped me figure out what psu to choose as i was on the fence about a few but he helped me look at some specs and reviews it was a great experience one of the best i have had here. thank you for the help, good advice and talks along the build keep up the good work.
Madison was amazing! I am a newbie to PC gaming and she took the time to explain what all the numbers mean, how they perform, what are the components that make a PC and more. While we did go a bit over budget, she convinced me of certain upgrades. Thank you, Madison! I would encourage anybody who is interested in PCs, accessories and more to check out Memory Express. I was really impressed by all of the product selection they had as soon as I walked in.
I wish I could give more stars if I could! Rhett was fantastic! Was really happy I had him helping me for building my first PC. Went through the products I had already picked out, showed alternatives, and recommended based what I was going to use my PC for. A really personable experience that helped lowered the stress and overwhelming feelings of PC building. Thank you Rhett and the Memory Express Team!
