Very pleasant staff! I came in because my phone was charging poorly. They accepted it quickly and in just about an hour and a half I received basically a “new” phone — they replaced everything except the battery and the screen. Everything was explained clearly, and the service was impressively fast.nnThe store has a wide selection of products and plenty of staff. Even though there was a line, it moved quickly and didn’t take long to be served.nnOne note: our original charging cable looked damaged on the outside, but since it was still working they didn’t replace it under warranty. They explained that if it stops working, then it can be replaced.nnOverall, I’m very happy — fast, professional, and customer-friendly service. Highly recommend!

Always ready to help, always smiling and always attentive! Caring and human! Very impressed with their approach and customer service. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at an Apple Store. When I first visited to buy the iPhone 17, the staff member who helped me told me there was no stock and advised me to order it online. He clearly said that once the phone arrived, I could bring it back to the store and they would give me the trade-in value of my old phone in cash.nnToday, after waiting two full weeks, I returned to the store only to be met with extremely rude behavior. Both the employee and especially the manager were unbelievably disrespectful. The manager raised his voice at me, spoke with attitude, and acted like the situation was my fault—even though I was following the instructions their own staff gave me.nnBefore managers start arguing with customers, they should focus on properly training their staff. The misinformation came from their team, not from me.nnIn the end, after all the waiting and frustration, I walked out with a refund instead of the phone I ordered. Completely unacceptable. This experience has made me lose trust in Apple’s customer service. I will never visit this location again.
This is not a nice experience at all. You will end up waiting long time, they try to help but are always busy with other things and then try to g. Booked an appointment online hoping that it will be faster. Literally, waited almost 2hrs to hear that the watch can’t be fixed… Waste of time,
Very nice experience yesterday with Amir ! He advice us very well and was patient, and making his best to offer good prices. It was a real pleasure to buy my new iPhone 16pro.
