Very pleasant staff! I came in because my phone was charging poorly. They accepted it quickly and in just about an hour and a half I received basically a “new” phone — they replaced everything except the battery and the screen. Everything was explained clearly, and the service was impressively fast.nnThe store has a wide selection of products and plenty of staff. Even though there was a line, it moved quickly and didn’t take long to be served.nnOne note: our original charging cable looked damaged on the outside, but since it was still working they didn’t replace it under warranty. They explained that if it stops working, then it can be replaced.nnOverall, I’m very happy — fast, professional, and customer-friendly service. Highly recommend!
Chinook Centre is a great place to shop! It has a huge variety of stores, from fashion to electronics, plus plenty of restaurants and cafés to take a break. The mall is clean, well-organized, and perfect for a full day of shopping.
Took my father here to buy a new computer and some new headphones, we were greeted by Winston, whom was exceptional, he took the time to fully explain the difference between the 15 inch vs the 13 inch Mac Air, he also showed us around the store and compared headphones they had in store, he was very informative with questions that were asked, he did not seem pushy or rushing, he took his time with us, he even went the extra mile to show the features of the headphones. We left the store very happy, only to return about an hour or so afterwards, as we were having issues with the iCloud Apple ID, we were helped very quickly by Sean longer hair gentleman and he fixed everything up and got my dad set up on the new computer super quickly! He was also very informative and helpful! It takes quite a lot to impress my dad, and he was exceptionally impressed! He says thank you very much for all the great customer service Winston & Sean! Keep up the outstanding customer service!nnnn-Randy & Shelby
I visited the Apple Store to have my iPad replaced, and Sean was amazing. The entire process was smooth and easy, but what stood out most was his kindness.nnWhile we waited for my iPad to be wiped, Sean was incredibly patient and friendly with my daughter. He showed her a game on a phone and kept her entertained during the wait. His interaction with her was so genuine and thoughtful that she kept talking about him after we left the store.nnThank you, Sean, for your outstanding customer service and for making our visit such a positive experience.
I visited the store yesterday intending to purchase a new MacBook using the student discount. An employee helped me create a UNiDAYS account, but the verification code wasn’t working. I explained that I attend an American school while being a Canadian citizen, and after hearing that, the employees essentially gave up and told me it “wasn’t going to work” without offering any alternative solutions. I was also previously told days before by an employee, that my student discount would work in Canada.nnI was told that it was impossible to receive the student pricing in Canada and that I would have to go to the United States to purchase the laptop instead. Despite being told that, I still ended up walking away with the laptop that same day, entirely because I figured out the solution myself without any guidance from the staff.nnWhat was most frustrating was the complete lack of effort to help resolve the issue. I was left standing there feeling dismissed while the employees moved on. No one suggested trying online ordering, store pickup, or any workaround, even though I later discovered on my own that I could simply place the order online for pickup.nnBecause of that, I had to leave the mall, place the order myself, and then return later that same day to pick up the laptop when I had already been in store ready to purchase it in the first place.nnI understand that technical issues happen, but customer service should involve helping customers find solutions rather than abruptly ending the interaction when the first option doesn’t work. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
