I had the absolute pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Amhar at Best Buy this evening. He was so determined to make sure I didn't leave without my new Google Pixel 8 that he stayed past the store's closing time – along with his dedicated team – just to help me finalize my purchase. It’s truly rare to encounter this level of commitment and care in customer service, and I’m beyond grateful for the kindness, patience, and unwavering assistance Amhar and his staff showed me tonight.nnTheir willingness to go above and beyond, even extending their hours, made all the difference. They absolutely deserve 5 stars and two thumbs up!nThank you, Amhar and all of Best Buy staff for making my experience outstanding!
I usually love to shop at Best Buy as they have the best customer service . Today we went to this location for the first time to buy the new Samsung S25 Ultra but unfortunately after waiting over 40 minutes we had to leave. They had only 2 people working at the cellphone counter, they were very slow and we had no choice but to leave. We are very disappointed, a lady passed by twice which we thought was the manager and she didn’t even bother to asked if we are doing okay ! If it was busy I would totally understand but there were only 2 customers at the cellphone counter, very disappointed from this location.
I really like this Best Buy location for it's knowledgeable staff, good customer service and good selection. Granted not all the items advertised online are available however, they can get them in. Be sure to check with staff for sale prices as there can be a difference between online and in-store pricing. After I let them know I was a Google Reviewer, they politely let me know that taking pictures was not allowed by Corporate, thus the limited images. However, they were super polite and still answered all me questions about products I was interested in. If in doubt about what you need or how it works why not check out the GEEK SQUAD for all your electronics needs. I had to return something that stopped working under the warranty time and though that model was no longer available the store gave me an equivalent credit. Make sure to ALWAYS keep your receipt until after you warranty runs out. Best Buy will offer extended warranties of a lot of their products. I prefer to get them for computers, gaming and more heavy use items. Have fun!
Employees of Best Buy, if a sketchy person comes in and tries buying thousands of dollars worth of phones or gift cards, CALL THE POLICE. You have scammers stealing credit card info and doing this at your location. You should also be checking IDs when people use credit cards. This happened at your location March, 3rd, 2025.
Yesterday, I visited Best Buy on 17th Avenue. I parked my car in the parking lot, went to the elevator, and took it up to the store. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator, even before I reached the store itself, there was a counter in front of the store. A young lady, seemingly from India, greeted me and started speaking to me in a very aggressive manner.nnShe asked me three or four times why I was there, what I needed, and what I intended to buy. I couldn’t understand why she was asking me all these questions since I simply came to the store. I didn’t feel the need to share my intentions with her, as I could manage by myself. I found her questions unnecessary and her behavior very pushy.nnShe was insistent, and when I asked whether I could enter the store, she said, “Of course, you can go in, but first, tell me what you need.” This treatment felt unreasonable to me. After hearing that I was allowed to enter, I ignored her completely and walked towards the store.nnHowever, just two meters into the store, another consultant came up to me and very aggressively started offering their assistance.nnI want to bring this to the attention of Best Buy’s management: your staff is overly aggressive in pushing their services. It’s unclear whether this behavior is part of company policy or just a personal approach from individual employees. Either way, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received.
