Had an appointment. Didn't wait too long once seated at genius bar. The young lady who took care of me was friendly and knowledgeable. My $3000 Mac book pro is a paper weight now. Only 4 years old. They don't make them like they used too. Sad about product value.
Terrible customer service. If there is a zero star option. I would definitely gave that. We went in to purchase Apple Watch and we were standing there for 15 mins and no one offered to help us. One employee walked around us twice and offered help to people who came after us but ignored us. The store was almost empty and not busy at all. All employee are just standing around and chatting with each other. I had to ask for help eventually and their customer service is just absolutely terrible. I would never shop there ever again. I also recommend people to go to other store. This store associate needs better training and need to improve their customer service.
Not the best service here. I went in to trade in my iPhone 14 Pro for a 15 Pro Max. As I was setting up the new iPhone I was told an advisor would help me with trading in the old phone. No one came over to help even though I asked again after I finished setting up my new phone. It was 11am so the store was not busy. While the guy I picked up my phone from was friendly enough being ignored when asked twice for assistance left a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up leaving the store and sold the old phone privately for more anyway.
Bad experience with Nick and Asian girl. I bought Mac Book. It is first time I use Mac so I asked little explanation how to use it. The store was not busy more employees than customer. I need little tour. But Nick kept asking me to use online session next week they are not available for mac book guidance. Middle of our conversation asian employee interrupted us and Nick started having a conversation with his employee in front of me forever. I waited but they didn’t care a customer they just kept chatting each other I was middle of conversation and kept waiting they finished of course I wasn’t his important customer I bought Mac book is none of their businessI gave up after 10 min waiting in front of them and then left but he didn’t care. I just left with bad customer experienced. You must be happy to have this job doing nothing more employees than customer and having a chat with employees after cutting the conversation with customer
Wanted to say thank you so much to Darleen and Steve. These two associates at apple really made my day better. I came in with a completely tarnished Iphine. Not working at all or turning on. The apple providers wanted to send this in for repair… mind you I pay for apple care +. I was so not happy favour this. Steven went so far to advocate on my behalf to Darleen the manger. Once Steve and Darleen came back, they were more than willing to override and give me a brand new phone. Thank you guys again :
