Drive specially 40 km and learn the same thing as through the Internet. What's the point of exposing that camera when you can't turn it on and test it? Is this a joke or marketing? I am extremely disappointed with the service at Best Buy. I was looking for an Apple Pencil on sale for $120. After searching everywhere, I finally found one, but at the checkout, they charged me $139, claiming the price had “already changed.” How is that possible if both in-store and online it was clearly marked as $120?nnThis feels dishonest. If the price changes, please update the price tags accordingly! It looks like deliberate deception. The price difference may not seem huge, but it’s about the principle—especially when someone might have a tight budget for a gift.nnThis was a very unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend this store because of such practices. Merry Christmas, but instead of joy, all I feel is frustration.
I had an outstanding experience at Best Buy today, all thanks to Arsal. He was incredibly knowledgeable, persuasive, and articulate in answering all of my questions. His customer service was top-notch, and his professionalism really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of him. Highly recommend!
Don't trust what they say. They are busy hiding. They promised me to remove old unitslaundry and dishwasher when I purchased , and I asked several time that they will remove. On the delivery day, 3rd party company coming to deliver, these guys can't remove old unit. THIS IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT WHAT I HEARD. WE were waiting for 3 hrs, and use my labour to remove it. Where is professional company anymore in Canada? I won't buy anything from best buy, just go to costco and install myself
