I thought it'd be a sandwiches-only spot, but it's a fast food with burgers too. I tried the chicken sandwich. It looked a good size for the daily specials price. But when I picked it up, filling to bread ratio was quite small. The slices were also pretty thin. But I do commend that the Sandwich was made well, and no spillage. It was a clean eat. People that work there were really kind.

If you are open a burger joint and charge premium price than fast food. Make your customer feel appreciated. 6 dollar for a side salad look like pool out of your back kitchen. Your burger not even better than next door 5 guy. As a first time been here and will not return back.

My intial gut feeling about this place was correct. Their prices don't reflect quality they reflect greed.  I got the Sriracha grilled cheese today, but I wanted the Sriracha on the side, not on the sandwich.  They charged me extra for the Sriracha. That's so petty and greedy it makes me sick to my stomach.  Honestly, their prices are out to lunch to begin with. I got a poutine, grilled cheese and cheese bites and it was $31.  So basically I paid $31 for a potato, two slices of bread and a handful of macaroni... Which honestly I didn't mind overpaying and shopping local until they treated me like a punk and charged me extra for something I already paid for.  Meltwich can respond all they want to this review, but I'm done and I hope it serves as a warning to other patrons before they end up being treated like a wallet instead of a human being.

First time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised. We got the Traditional Philly Cheesesteak, the Smoke Stack Philly Cheesesteak and split a Spicy Nashville Chicken Poutine. The food was good, sandwiches come on a hamburger style bun which was interesting. The poutine was good, overall not as spicy as I was expecting and had good flavor. I do wish there was an option to have it in a traditional hoagie bun instead of a hamburger bun. I thought the price of the poutine was a bit high for what it was. Overall I was not disappointed and I’ll definitely comeback. Kind of surprised there aren’t more locations around the Lower Mainland.

Its a chain restaurant with a Very good selection of burgers and sandwiches they have daily specials that should give you a chance to try every bit in their menu.

Terrible service!!! We bought burgers and they gave us cold/froozen buns when we asked the girl why burgers are cold she gave us attitude and said we don’t grill them only toast them and clearly they’re  not toasted!! Awful customer service never coming back again. Don’t waste your money people!  Yeah we can email you guys and waste our time because you’re not going to do anything about the issues. Great customer care!!!

Great experience overall. Vanilla milkshake was delicious along with the southern fried chicken melt. Staff were friendly and asked if we enjoyed our food. Only recommendation is to have napkin dispensers at each table.

Just didn't do it for me. Had their Philly double meat. Although there was sufficient meat in it, it was not good meat. Not sure how they cook it but it seems more steams than grill on a flat top. No sear on the beef on a Philly isn't a Philly. It really didn't have any flavor or depth on this sandwich. I should have just tried their Grilled Cheese.  The ingridients are just fast food quality for sure.

UPDATED REVIEW  Been 1 week since contacted re missing item and over charge. Was told to go online and I submitted contact form. No one will get back to me.  I want resolution.  My original review. Burger good.  Grilled cheese thin and not good.  Poutine ok.  Fries, onion rings cold. Taters as expected.revised...ordered instore for pickup and got at exact quoted time and went right home which is close

Once again they had excellent customer service and this time we got philly cheese steak soooo delicious. I’ll be back I. A week or two to try a grilled cheese next!!! The Philly cheesesteak was full of flavour, mushrooms,chicken, onion, and a amazing cheese.
