I like this place and we order from here all the time. Great food and great service. Recently to our surprise however in our takeout items have been very much reduced in volume! Maybe it’s the hardships of post Covid labor and material costs? I just phoned them to let them know and they are “checking up with corporate” and hopefully they can make their proportions more similar to what they were sized in the past. Anyways, I needed to order another appy to be full when regularly this dragon ball is enough for me. Anyways the customer service was great and they responded well to feedback. Thanks so much!

Food is decent, but not amazing. Tried to order take out by phone, but was unable to talk to anyone. Went in person and was ignored for around 15min until someone asked if I wanted a table. When I said that I would like to order take out, they called another girl to take my order...another 10min waiting. I know they are busy, particularly around dinner time, but just acknowledging a person standing by the door would be very polite. The portions are smaller than a few months ago.

Came here after spending and afternoon at the hospital had a burger and a pint of Guinness. The burger was great the drink was normal. The staff were friendly service was fast. Prices for food seemed a little high but worth it. I'll definitely go to another one of their locations in the future.Food: 5/5

It's always incredibly loud, not a place to go if you want quiet or to hear anything anyone else with you is saying. The food is always great, but the service left something to be desired. We had no cutlery when we got our food. Drink refills were slow. It also felt like we were rushed out - I would have gotten dessert but they brought the bill very quickly without us even asking for it.

UPDATE: Jan 4, 2023 Was very impressed to be contacted by the manager, as several have stated that this restaurant is being operated poorly, and we had a good conversation about the incident. It's too bad we had this experience, but management is clearly looking after this restaurant as they do reach out to customers. I do appreciate the contact and the manager has made things right. ----- Took my wife here on News Year Eve, Dec 31 2022 Wife ordered rum and coke, waiter gave her a diet coke, she sent it back because it tasted funny and had no rum, she ordered a different drink. Waiter brought a new drink and told her the bar said there was something wrong with the dispenser and that's why it tasted off. The bill came, and not only was the $5 diet coke on our bill, but the waiter tried to get me to select a 20% tip. If I do tip, which is rare, I leave cash on the table. The waiter waited until I went to the bathroom and then he approached my wife and told her I didn't leave a tip on my credit card I took the $10 cash that I left on the table under the candle and I put it back in my pocket. I told my wife, now the douche gets nothing. This is Canada, NOBODY works for tip wages. That is only in some parts of the U.S. The waiter gets a full wage for the job he was hired to do. But now everyone and their dog seems to think they should get a tip. Should I also ask my clients for a tip?

Food was decent and we found the portions to be large and quite filling. We were seated right away with service being quick and friendly. The server was not overly obtrusive and came around at the right time to refill drinks and ensure nothing else was needed.Food: 4/5

Don't think there is a good Brown's. Food quality at any location is always sub par. I ordered Chicken Tacos this night. They tasted like a crispy boxed frozen chicken nuggets tossed into a soft shell. GROSS! The Brown's are to loud to sit and enjoy a conversation, you have to sit outside area to be heard. The menu is tiny.

I was charged a kitchen service charge today. It was basically explained as , the kitchen gets less percentage of tips than the front of house so we are charging the guest a tip. Why not even out the tip pool equally amongst all emoyees who work evenly as hard. Your business plan has failed and you have lost a customer. Too bad, I frequented often but there are plenty other places to go. Bye Bye Browns

I had an issue with my food today which was disappointing however the staff and manager were quick to address the concern and offer me a completely different meal on them. I have always liked the food here and mistakes happen, it's nice to know their customer service is great too. I will be back for sure.
