The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Morgan Creek

Had a lovely first Dine Out experience her at the Keg! Such an amazing deal for $55. Our server Rio T was so hospitable, attentive, and delivered excellent service. The ambience is warm, inviting, and all the staff are professional and respectful. Everyone from the hostess, servers and runners were incredibly professional. I would recommend this Keg location for any occasion—We were a party of 10, and service was seamless!

I’m going to give The Keg 5 stars, because they always have outstanding service and consistent quality. And kudos for the bread and butter. That makes my meal! We’ve tried many items off the menu and the mushrooms Neptune have been a hit with us for many years. We are not meat eaters, but come for the seafood, which is always good here. So is the Billy Miner pie. I decided to try something new last time and got the vegetarian meatloaf. I wouldn’t recommend it… Very weak dish for such a high quality restaurant. Hopefully they add more vegetarian items soon.

Good service and good food. Steak was cooked perfectly and the twice baked potato is our favourite! Salad is crisp and fresh. Worth the price! Free billy miner pie on your birthday. I haven’t been to a Keg in years, it seems like most of the ones in WA state have closed over the years. We made a reservation on the OpenTable app and got in fairly quickly. The wait was an hour without. The service was slower from the start, I assume they’re short staffed like everyone else. The food was decent. For the money, I feel that it could have been a bit better. We ordered the garlic shrimp appetizer, which was delicious. The steak was a little over cooked for Medium Rare, but was told that’s how they all come out. They offered to remake, but I kept it. If you like Med/rare, maybe ask for “rare.” I wish you the side vegetables were more substantial than a few red and yellow peppers.. maybe some asparagus or broccoli? Overall, an ok experience. There is definitely better for less or the same cost in the area.

The Keg is always a reliable choice for great food, warm & cozy atmosphere & fantastic service! Our visit on Christmas Eve for dinner was no different. Had to wait a short while at the bar before being seated but that was no problem as we just dropped in. All 3 of us enjoyed steak & lobster!

This was my first time at this location, and it was a big disappointment. The French Onion Soup was too salty - yes it’s supposed to be salty, but it shouldn’t be hard to swallow. The Mojito was too sour - yes it’s supposed to sour, but, again, it shouldn’t be hard to swallow. Then came the steak. I ordered medium but it was medium-well. Initially I thought, ehh it’s kind of acceptable, but it turned out more than half of this 20oz rib steak was well done - this time it’s not that hard to swallow but to chew. There was nothing pink even next to the bone, that’s how cooked this thing was. I had to speak to the server, and the manager offered they could make a new steak, which is understandable but doesn’t make sense - I already ate part of this huge steak, my appetite was ruined, why should I want another 20oz steak and waste even more food. They did offer us free desserts and a $10 discount. The desserts were great, as was the service, but I would much rather get a decent steak and pay for my desserts than paying $60 for a large beef jerky.

Had a feast.. it was nothing short of amazing! Red sangria and escargot with a steak and two lobster tails... the beef was cooked perfectly and the tails were tasty!! The atmosphere here is nice.. dimly lit and quiet. Seems like all the kegs I've been to have a similar quality.. obviously in design payed attention to the acoustics of their rooms. Our server was friendly and accommodating. Overall a beautiful dinner and look forward to the next visit!

Great food and Excellent service, our waitress was lovely. The atmosphere is very nice as well, perfect place to treat yourself for a special occassion!

Someone at the table had an 18 oz prime rib…about 4-5 oz of gristle. Twice baked potatoes were inconsistent. For two of them, half of the potato was not scooped out and mashed. It was only half cooked. We don’t like to complain so we ate what we could and pointed out to the manager so they could let the kitchen know to keep an eye out for quality control. She just looked at us perplexed and said she’d never seen the potatoes like that before. She offered more potatoes and prime rib if we wanted. We declined. She didn’t apologize or come back. We figured maybe she’ll take a few dollars off the bill. She didn’t. I guess we should have taken more prime rib and potatoes when it was offered. Very poor customer service on the managers part.
