I have never had a bad experience here, best service I have ever had in Cambridge, very honest and my appointments are always on time.. I will continue using their service when needed.  I Highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately can't give a rating under 1 star because if I could I definitely would. I showed up at this location a 4th time for an oil change. The first 2 times went smooth. The 3rd time, Jim, Grey haired "child" (can't call him a man because he resorts to juvenile behaviour from the get go) comes up to me after the oil change and tells me you need to get your brakes changed. And starts losing it..."your brakes are so bad that I wouldn't want my children driving in your car." That was fair, I appreciate him telling me that considering you know, I don't want to die. But then he starts to lose his patience makes it personal like "what the hell is wrong with you" and let's me know that they refuse to work on my car in the future until I get my brakes change. So I go to Toyota a week later, diagnostics completed, get my brake pads and rotors replaced and everything is looking good! It's time for my 4th oil change a month or so later. I go into this place, a kind lady receives me, they take my car and pull it in and start working on it. Suddenly I see my car being pulled out again without the job being completed and so I go in to check what's going on. I walk in and Jim starts off... "We've had this conversation before, we're not working on your car, please leave." And I proceed to try to explain that I got my rotors and pads done at Toyota so what else is possibly wrong with the brakes... Considering even Toyota is fine with the safety of my vehicle. Jim, proceeds to tell me to "GET THE F OUT OF HIS SHOP" and call me a F'in idiot. At this point I'm still trying to keep my calm and figure out what he thinks is wrong with my brakes, and all Jim the kid decides to do is get right up in my face and threaten to call the cops to escort me out. I called his bluff. Stuck around for 10 mins or so. No cops showed up. At this point I was almost done my lunch break. So i decided to head back to work. I guess I'll give them one star for the entertainment provided.

They quoted me $400 for a $30 part and charged me for new rotors after telling me my brakes were fine 5 months ago. Please don't visit this store.
