Bennett Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC

Bennet GM have been awesome over the past nearly two years, servicing one of our shuttle vehicles. It can only be serviced in 3 hour increments, because it is in use otherwise, 7 days a week, 365 per year. A special thanks to Jessica in Service, who always ensures our van is back out on the road in time.

I would like to rate Bennet GM 5 stars on behalf of Tony Zanette. I was referred to Tony from a friend when I was ready to purchase my vehicle. Tony was awesome when coming to my vehicle purchase and make sure that I was completely satisfied. Tony took the initiative to contact me regularly to make sure I was prepared for the next step. I'd like to thank Tony for the best service I have received!

We went to GM to have my cadillac converter fixed, under warranty. They decided to tell me that my exhaust manifold was broken and would need to be fixed before they gave me my car back, and that they had broken my o2 sensor and WE would need to pay for it. Our mechanic was the one that spoke with the service manager and he was appalled at the way he spoke to him and the horrible customer service given (the service manager originally thought that our mechanic was the owner of the vehicle and was trying to rook him out of so much money and lie about what needed to be done). When we called head office to talk about it, we were given the run around and told that they could deal with it in a few days - leaving us with no vehicle. Our problem, not theirs, they stated. When they quoted us to get the manifold fixed and o2 sensor replaced (because we have to pay for something they broke), they stated it would be $900. We spoke with our own mechanic and he priced it out himself - at the most $400. We will NEVER be dealing with the Cambridge GM dealership again. They are a bunch of crooks, who don't value their customers at all.

Above & beyond GREAT SERVICE!!! BIG thank you to Adam Collins!! Stranded at 10pm tonight with a broken down truck...on our way to Orillia for some important early morning business meetings...all car rentals are closed...Adam..who was working late... ever so kindly rents us a car!!! You have no idea how much this means to us!!! Adam at Bennett Chevrolet cares about customers! Top Notch service!

I had winter tires and rims installed on my SUV. Bennett's service advisor was very pleasant to deal with and the staff at Bennett GM was excellent.
