Wow.. after purchasing my car from and dealing with Crosby Volkswagen in Kitchener, I was absolutely DONE with dealing with them. There is nothing but disorganization, dishonesty, and lack of communication there causing a lot of headache. I can say that the overall service at Cambridge Volkswagen is exceptional. Lady was very friendly and honest over the phone. She 100% did her job well in servicing the customer so kudos to her! Such a relief after dealing with the mess over at Crosby. I can say that I'm looking forward to being able to go to Cambridge Volkswagen as my go to dealership.

Before this purchase I was not willing to go and buy another vehicle from Volkswagen as a result of past experiences with Volkswagen dealerships. However, I was really impressed with the Volkswagen Atlas and decided to give Cambridge Volkswagen a try after reaching out and talking to Victor. Now, after the purchase I can say I am truly satisfied with the transaction. From all of the people I have interacted with at Cambridge Volkswagen everyone has been honest and understanding and willing to help. The whole purchasing process was quick and flawless. To me it still does not feel like I have purchased a vehicle as there was no hassle in the process and no time wasted. I definitely recommend Cambridge Volkswagen to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Recently went to this dealership for service on my car. Received top notch service when I arrived. Everything was nicely laid out and clearly explained to me. They even drove me back to Guelph (where I live) while they were working on my car. When I went to pick up my car I had a problem with my banking as I had a very low limit allowed on my debit and credit card. Aaron who was helping me was very understanding and help me come up with multiple solutions to help me out. They ended up giving me a ride to a bank branch since the problem could not be resolved on the phone. Thanks for your incredible service!!!

Great guys with a top notch sales team! Thanks for helping me pre-order my Golf R. EDIT: I got my 2018 Golf R and cannot say how thankful I am to the VW Cambridge team. I was very demanding and they stepped up and answered all my questions and made sure I walk out a satisfied customer. And that is exactly what has happened! Thank you so much to the guys that helped me directly, Victor and Aaron! I appreciate it greatly! You guys rock!

I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and I must say, the team here was fantastic to work with. My sales rep, Victor, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The purchasing process was a breeze, I worked with Kait and she made it very easy and was great to work with also. Really glad I decided to buy my vehicle here!
