This is my fourth car but I’m a first time Honda owner. I drove from Toronto to the Cambridge Centre Honda Dealer because they had the exact car that I was looking for and the right price. I was greeted by a great team; the staff is wonderful and really seems to enjoy their work.
Marci, my sales rep.  was exceptional, very knowledgeable yet not pushy – appreciated both of these attributes. I had lots of questions and she was a great listener, and followed-up with prompt answers. Even after I bought my car she continued to reply to my inquires.
Very pleased that that they have a role called Delivery Coordinator - Tanja went through all the electronic/digital gadgets so when I left the lot I was 100% confident that I knew everything related to safety. There was a lot to take in, so she shared some extremely helpful links that allowed me to confidently customized my system within in 48 hours. She too replied to my questions after the sell, even on her day off. Really pleased with the entire experience, even considering having my car serviced with them; feel  a great sense of trust with this dealership and that’s priceless.

I just bought my first car here (a lovely little Honda Fit) at my mom's recommendation, as she bought her car here (Honda CRV) and has had nothing but good experiences with Cambridge Centre Honda. Well, I can say that I am so glad I listened to my mom! From start to finish the staff at Cambridge Centre Honda were amazing and made this new and somewhat scary experience an absolute pleasure. The staff went out of their way to go above and beyond and I am extremely grateful. Thank-you Mark, Tony and all the other staff for being upfront, treating my mom and I with respect and for most all, making my dream a reality! I am so happy and I will definitely be coming back and recommending anyone I know in the market for a car to Cambridge Centre Honda!

My first time purchasing a brand new car (actually am leasing). I had been to 5 dealers in one day. Had the worst experience at Kitchener Honda before I ended up at Cambridge Honda unintentionally, but it turned out to be great. I was welcomed right away. Worked with Stan from the beginning. He asked me a few simple questions and I needed clarity on the Civic models because Kitchener Honda told me the Civic Si only came in two door model which is not the case. Stan told me they had one Civic Si Sedan left on the lot. Let me go out and see it, take my time and then checked if I had any questions. I knew I would want the car but took a few days to decide. He followed up with me, gave me a good deal on winter tires as well as tints so I decided to lease. I still had to sell my current car and was going away for a week but they were so accommodating. Held the car for me with a deposit until I was able to pick it up which made the whole purchase experience even better. It did take some time the day I picked the car up due to waiting for the winter tires to be put on my car, but I didn't mind too much. I also want to thank Scott - the contract signing process was nice and easy. I've been driving my 2017 Civic Si Sedan for a week now and absolutely love it!

I'm updating this review from a 1-star to 4-star.  In short, I had wasted a full day on two separate occasions for the dealership to replace my airbags (on recall) with them not being able to figure it out.  I had just let it go out of frustration until I left a negative review a week or so ago.

Well, about an hour after leaving the negative review I got a call from Ryan the service manager for Cambridge Honda and he got right down to figuring out what happened and how it all went wrong.  He went far, far out of his way to rent me a vehicle and even diagnose and fix unrelated issues while tracking down the issues.

In the end, it turned out that there was an aftermarket airbag on the driver's side that was fine as it is.  There were other issues I had with diagnoses of an AC issue that compounded my initial frustration, but even that issue was more a question of the Honda repair manual procedure than incompetence.

All I can say is that I'm deeply impressed with how Ryan took my issues and made them his own, far beyond what I likely deserved or had even asked for.  I am not easily impressed by reactionary apologies and I can say that this is not one of those cases but genuine 'give a sh**' type of treatment that is rare in my experience.

Cambridge Centre Honda was amazing!  Kevin was wonderful!  The entire organization is very customer focused.  Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had all the information we needed to purchase a 2018 Honda Civic EX.   The orientation to all the car's features was most appreciated.  We look forward to driving our new car and are grateful to know there is a reliable and friendly dealership ito look after it.
