I would like to share my very unpleasant experience with the Point Claire store today. I came to the store with the intention to buy 2 pairs of sports shoes. I selected a few ON SALE models and came to the check out just to find out that both selected pairs are at the regular price. When I highlighted to the salesperson that the pairs I selected are right on top of the sale signs, she checked and told me that only selected colours are on sale. I asked to speak with the manager to explain that the product that is NOT ON SALE placed right above the sale sign is not a fair representation. See image attached I selected white pair, but only black one on the back is on sale. The manager simply told me that she follows company marketing policy very misleading in my opinion and I suppose to look for sale sticker on the bottom of the shoe to make sure it's on sale or ask the salesperson. I highlighted to her that there is NO information anywhere in the store that provides me with guidance about the sales program and how to look for the right product and during my 30 min in the store NO sales person came to see me.Despite me mentioning that I have been a loyal customer for the last 5 years and I spend on average 500$ a year in this store, she told me that there is NOTHING she can do for me. After leaving empty handed, I am sorry to say that for 40$ this store lost not only 130$ sale, but also a loyal customer. I took time to write it all with the hope that this information helps future customers to avoid disappointment and maybe the owner will rethink their marketing policy and improve customer service and experience.

Went on boxing day. Some good deals. The staff is mostly pleasant besides the older eastern European woman. Came off as cold and annoyed.

Very bad experience. They refused to give me the money back from gift that I received and I couldn't find my size at least to buy something that I can use. Horrible !!!

Bought my 14 year old daughter a pair of shoes, after wearing for 4 days they started to split. Brought them back today and manager looks at them and says « wow, lots of wear and tear! ». This was before asking how long we’ve had them. I’ve been in customer service for over 30 years and the first thing you ask on a return is how long have you had the item. She gave me more attitude and then walked away saying she couldn’t deal with today. I got my credit and then went to Sports Experts and spent $200 on 2 pairs of shoes. Will never go to Globo again! BTW, this was my 3rd return in 6 months. Had 2 winter boots with issues broken zipper and cracked sole.

At this location Globo shoes has a fairly large store. Great choices of winter boots and other shoes in general. Promotions on their products were not that great, especially during the current holiday period. Essentially 25% off on many over priced products does not equate to any type of great savings. Employees were hard to find with only one cash open and most of the others in the back warehouse. I did finally meet some of them, but it was hard to get a smile out of them and or any kind of help. In general I would say shop around as a first choice.

Went at the right time, as they have almost everything at 50% off. I felt safe shopping amid the Covid 19 threat at the store because they have a good protocol for trying on shoes. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Got my fave Birkenstock at half off and I am very happy!

Got good deal on The North Face winter shoes, great collection, look for sales

Overcharged me for my shoes. I went back to complain and there gave me the difference. They didn't seem very apologetic. Shoe selection was ok.
