I live in the Vancouver BC area, and I just bought a slightly used 2016 Toyota Tundra online from Derek at Medicine Hat Nissan.  Not only did he give me a really good price (with shipping to BC included).....but great service to match!  Without me asking for it, he emailed me an extremely detailed video showing almost every inch of the truck.... showing in great detail any signs of wear & tear.  He responded to all texts, emails and calls promptly.
I'm extremely happy with my purchase and all dealings I had with Derek and Medicine Hat Nissan.

Great experience, great service, thank you for the informative overview of the truck, Louis, without the e. 
I am looking forward to the code to open the truck, via the keyless entry.  I drove the truck home without incident and enjoyed it very much. Thank you to Cherie for her informative information as we emailed back and forth to get to know the truck I purchased.

My experience with Medicine Hat Nissan was a top notch.I’ve felt so valued and well assisted.Hats off to Mark who helped me with all the things and information I needed to make sure that the car I want is a perfect choice for me.He walked me through with all the important details about the car i purchased.He’s very accomodating and well versed when it comes to cars.Special mention to him, he’s awesome! And also Ashley on the sales side was so easy to get a long with.The way she prepared all the paperworks for my car was so organized and smooth.Great job to the Medicine Hat Nissan team.

Great service and instructions for vehicle. The assistant manager met with me on a day off for them and took her time and was extremely thorough with finance and vehicle.
