Superb view of downtown buildings, Bow River. The view of sunset is awesome. It's a lot of stairs for a person like me who is little on the heavier side but I liked it so much that I didn't notice that I claimed so many. You will observe people climbing up and down the stairs as an exercise, just try to give them way if you are slow as a courtesy. Once you get on the top, just take your time to look around to appreciate the view. If you are into photography, take casual pics from your phone or set your tripod if you want to take good pics. Usually, there are people taking pics with phones or using tripods, please be sure not to block their view. I will highly recommend to go before sunset and make a video of the whole view with buildings, river and sunset. If you are not in a hurry, stay little after the sunset and enjoy the night view of downtown which itself is beautiful to watch.

Pretty superb views of the city. Also there are the stairs there; very popular with the exercise crowd, just don't get bowled over. I have walked along this ridge quite a few times, and the views of downtown Calgary are just really great. There are paths up and down to the lower level along the river if you are resolute enough to ride your bike up or down them. The stairs are a lot of fun to add in to your exercise regime, but have nearly been taken over for this purpose. Wouldn't want to be a less able someone out for a casual stroll with all the devout thundering up and down around me.

Its great place to visit and talk a walk along the beautiful ridge over looking the river and downtown Calgary, people mind there own and dog walkers are unleashed.

This is one of the places to take visitors to the city to take some classic city skyline shots. Can get windy but if nice weather is beautiful for pictures. Very limited parking but drive the whole distance from center Street to 10 St. NW and you should find a place to park.

Fantastic view great to see as a proud Calgarian one of the city’s highlights. But be careful of parking the north side of the street is residential controlled parking and the south due to late night partying now closes at 10:00 pm and you will get a ticket. Very important if you decide to walk down the hill which is highly recommended. If you have a dog this is the place
