McDuff's Bar & Grill

Stopped here for cocktails on our way home. Found the server pleasant and friendly. Drink prices are very economical. Didn't try the food.

The waitress at the counter was incredibly rude to us and dismissive, refusing to take our order. The guy who took our order was also extremely rude and took at least 20 minutes to even get our order in. He tried to give us the oldest, nastiest looking hot dogs I've ever seen in my life. We asked for fresh ones and he threw some new ones on the grill for about a second and then microwaved them. Through all of this he never once washed his hands, even with raw meat on them. We ate the hot dogs and got extremely bad food poisoning the next day. Never eating here again. I hope that you guys know how rude your staff is.

Service was extremely slow. It took almost an hour to get our food after we ordered it and I saw our server chit chatting with people for 5-10 minutes at a time. The food was ok, but very small portions for the price and came out lukewarm. It then continued to take another 20 minutes to get our checks and another 10 to get our change. The whole process took 2 hours for something that should have been a 45 minute service. Will not be coming back in the future.

We just left after waiting almost fifteen minutes to be acknowledged. So after no one came to even take our drink order, let alone bring us a menu, we left. In the past we've had good service, so we may go back in the future.
