Our Story:
In the Hispanic culture, family and food are very important. We each grew up on farms in the rural parts of Mexico and Ecuador where fresh food is a way of life. Among other things, we would spend time with our families sourcing superior ingredients and preparing delicious dishes to share amongst family, friends and neighbors. Later in life those experiences with food would be honed through our many years of working in the restaurant business and augmented by our collective experiences to come full circle in this new chapter of our food driven lives.
We are very excited to start this new adventure making great cuisine for our customers. Thank you for giving us the opportunity of sharing our dream and passion with you.
