Clean dining room. Fast service. Each food item is put together well, meaning not sloppy, ingredients not interfering with food wrapping.nThis is important, because if my hands get messy first, I'm sure that when I take my first bite, other food will fall. I know it's going to fall, land on my shirt, before you know it I've got at least two saucy stains getting larger and longer as it continues to drip down my shirt. This is always when someone looks over and can obviously see you're enjoying your Taco Bell as much as any other red blooded American, but as an adult, now needs a shower.nExcellent product at this location, even on the 4th of July. God Bless America!

Worst Taco Bell ever. Ordered Nacho Bellgrande and they were not made to order. They remade them and got it wrong again. Then all 3 of my tacos were all broken and not able to eat. Staff would not remake them. Asked to speak to Mgr and was told they had no manager to be spoken with. Will never go back again.

Ever since the remodel, every experience has been a bust. They CONSTANTLY forget food. I’ve gone back 2-3 times because they forget the whole order. Almost every other order, they give you the wrong food. You order a breakfast bacon crunch wrap? You’re getting a sausage one. It’s a rough go. I keep having hope and it fails almost every time. Drive further down the road to the Taco Bell on Round Lake Blvd.

Ordered online on the mobile app, got to store around 10:40pm. I know that usually the later it gets for any restaurant, the less likely you are to receive good service, which stinks. Ordered 4 items. Pulled up to the window, they stated the fryer was down and couldn't make Nacho fries, I should take that as the first red flag. Then agreed that I still wanted the rest of my order. The attendant then handed me only 2 of the 4 drinks I ordered. Then I waited for a good 5 minutes for them to make 3 burritos. Then received them they then handed me my other 2 drinks and apologized for the inconvenience. The woman at the window was really nice but not getting the order I wanted hurts the service. Then get home to find out the cheesy x2 beef burrito was not made as I ordered. So 2 of the 4 items I ordered were essentially non existent. If you are looking for a better taco bell experience you may have to try another location.

Very bad service, my husband went in order from drive thru and they said they didn’t have enough of what we wanted but then they said ok they have enough so then my husband went ahead and order. When he got home and I checked on the food, we didn’t get like 4 items and also our order that we got some of the meat was not what we wanted and then the food just didn’t taste right at all. We also didn’t get our sauce too. I don’t understand why when it’s not even busy because it was late around 11pm. I would appreciate it they did a better job because food is not cheap no more and what we got cost like $60 something.
