I usually stop at this location before work in the morning but the past 3 times I've gone, they have messed up my order. 1st they asked if I wanted to pay extra for whipped cream and they forgot the whipped cream yet I was still charged. 2nd I asked for a medium but I was given a small and 3rd I asked for a campfire cooler and they forgot the marshmallows!! That's literally the best part! I think it's because they talk to much while working and don't pay attention. I probably won't be going back to this location. I also asked for cinnamon coffee cake and it was stale! I've had it at other caribous before so I know how the bread should be. I'm very disappointed.

Every time I go to this caribou I ask for a campfire mocha "WHITE CHOCOLATE" and they almost ALWAYS give me milk chocolate or dark chocolate... I'm allergic to milk chocolate!

Walked out. We waited in a line of 2 which was a couple for over 5 minutes. No eye contact from employees, no greeting, nothing. First time I've walked out of a Caribou

They are very friendly, and fast, I come in they make my drink and I haven't even gotten up to ordering. Amazing!
