Totally discriminated against my dad for his speech impediment. He has gone to panago several times and never had a problem. Today they pretty much yelled at him saying they cant understand him and practically told him to get out. Hes never had a issue ordering there. But never again will i ever set foot in panago again.

I ordered pizza and wings with dip on Monday - came to $27.00 - didn't get the dip - thought maybe I forgot to order. Phoned on Friday and asked if they have a record of my order and would they read it back - there was dip on there. I asked for the same thing again, and said I didn't get the dip the last time and would they credit me the 0.50 cents on this order. They would not - I went ahead with the order, only because I had friends over. I will never order from them again. If they can't credit a loyal customer $0.50. I guess I will go elsewhere for my pizza.
