This is what happens when the whole place is run by a bunch of irresponsible, careless, teenagers (I'm not saying all the young workers are like this). I went there in the morning and the pop machine was turned off because they hadn't turned it on in the morning. I asked them to turn it on, and the worker said that she doesn't know how to turn it on. She got the manager to turn it on. But the pop was warm, and there was no ice. For the laughs, I returned at the end of the day to see if the pop machine was working. And it still didn't have any ice in it. The burger I received, was absolutely disgustingly thrown together. Normally, the order is bun, patty, sauce, bun. This dude likes to do patty, bun, bun, sauce.

One of the few McDonald’s where I can consistently count on being disappointed! Every time! it’s like clockwork at this place. Pop is flat, service is slow, eating area is messy, coffee has too much cream, McFlurry doesn’t have enough stuff, no napkins in the bag... the list goes on and on and on ... Have dealt with a poor soul on what seemed like his first day who was just left to fend for himself at the front counter dealing with annoyed customers. I always get food given to me in a takeout bag. I feel like one of the giveaways of a poorly managed fast food restaurant is the reluctance to serve the food on trays and give everyone their meal in a takeout bag. Indicative of laziness on the staffs part, and poor management / weak ownership.

Awful McDs. So many issues everytime I've been here. Once my coffee sat on the service table for 5 minutes because no one behind the counter told me it was ready. My friend has been charged different prices for changes to her order different times she's been here. I tried to present a coupon printers directly from the McDonald's site (offering to even bring it up on my phone) and they refused at the drive through. I'm sure I could have used it at the kiosk no problem. This McDs is being run by incompetent. I get that the franchise owners want to make money but you don't make money by continuously disappointing loyal customers

I’m giving this restaurant one star the food is what you would expect for a McDonald’s however the inside was messy, and it felt like a bunch of teenagers running the show and they didn’t really seem to know what the hell they were doing. I ordered the new item on the menu which was Parmesan cheese and garlic fries. I took a couple bites and I didn’t like them they were tasteless weird I didn’t like them. I had no idea whether not I was going to like the fries because I’ve never seen them on any McDonald’s menu before. So after my two bites I went to the stuff and said I didn’t like these fries. And that’s all that I said the night supervisor indicated to me that I should know whether not I’m going to like a new item on the menu or not, Because in the future I can’t simply exchange an item I don’t like that I’ve never had before but I simply found out that I didn’t like. She offered to replace the french fries with new ones at seven the future but I should simply know whether not I like an item. Even if I’ve never had it before. I am definitely not giving this anymore than one star for this restaurant it was rude and messy. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
