Starbucks

This is the Starbucks I have been a regular at the longest. The location is very relaxing with a relaxing environment. The staff are friendly and I have never felt a long wait for my orders.nnEmployees formerly of the Suter Brook location work here. That should bring more customers to this location as the employees who formerly worked at Suter Brook are all amazing. Trisha and Grace and Chelsea from the recently closed Suter Brook store work here now and they are all great additions to the store.nnSogol is very nice and works very fast. Makenna too.

I visit this location from time to time and unfortunately the service is consistently disappointing. Many of the staff are always unhappy and it shows in their customer interactions.nEarlier today we purchased from this location. A couple of hours later we stopped by to ask for a cup of water and the cashier refused, stating that a purchase was required. I have never encountered this at any other Starbucksocations where water is typically provided without issue. The cashier’s attitude made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable as if we were doing something wrong which was both rude and embarrassing.nAfter all in not surprised, it seems to reflect the ongoing service issues at this location.

This location has got my order wrong several times. My friends have also had this issue as well ordering a drink with no sugar only to have loads of sugar added in it. If you are getting something to go, make sure you taste it before you leave.nnThe manager does not care and the employees are not helpful.nnOut of all the Starbucks locations I have been to, this one is the worst.nnNot saying they get it wrong all the time-but they are a location that will change your order if they don’t have it - without warning you. No other location has ever done that- this one it has happened three times.nnNo other Starbucks location also lectures you about how their system works. Other locations have always been helpful, this one - if they have a problem… be ready for them to make it yours and lecture you about how their system works.nnIt’s a shame they can’t get it together at this location. I really hope they change the management and turn this location around.

This is a nice starbucks. But unfortunately, since the closure of Suter Brook, it's just packed with an overflow. Moreover, the coordination isn't very effective here. They are making a pile of drinks no one picks up, while not effectively finishing the orders in front of them. There are dozens of finished drinks, and 15 people standing waiting for things.nnIt seems this location could be run far better, and it's unfortunate Starbucks has closed locations creating higher demand.

Food was great, service was friendly and attentive. The food came out fast it was amazing! Highly recommend this place
