A friendly funky cafe in historic downtown Port Moody, offering healthy light brunches/lunches in a beautiful gallery setting. Browse art by local artists, enjoy tasty gourmet soup or meet a friend for a cup of freshly brewed coffee. Check our website for info on Monday night Jazz Jam sessions, Dinner Concerts (often sold-out!), SongStage Series (last Thursday of each month), GreenDrinks meet-ups, and many other special events.

Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Entertainment: 5/5 Ambience: 3/5 Notes: Very good about accommodating food allergies and sensitivities including gluten-free Gallery Bistro is one of the gems that make Port Moody such an amazing little city. This venue has incredible food that has been carefully and loving prepared for guests to the venue. For those with a good allergy or sensitivity, you can call in prior to the day of your reservation and the chef will prepare a custom dish for you based on your needs. What other restaurant takes that much care? The service is excellent as well - very curious and helpful. A little slow sometimes due to how busy and packed the venue is but nothing to completion about. The entertainment here is great with many different events going on throughout each month. We've been here twice and both times were impressed with the show. The building itself is on the older side which means it also has the inevitable old wood angel that haunts older buildings. The chairs and tables are somewhat comfortable although after sitting for two or three hours they tend to feel a little uncomfortable. Overall this is an excellent venue, extremely highly recommended. We will be returning here for sure.

The Gallery Bistro is always the highlight of my week! The atmosphere could not be any better if you enjoy good food, drink and service, friendliness, wonderful live music, and a variety of beautiful, unique artwork. All of these elements are wrapped up in a blanket of love and support by the wonderful owners, Helen and Rainer Daniels. The Port Moody community is grateful to have such a big gift nestled in its midst. Thank You, Helen, Rainer, and staff for all that you give and do.

Hidden place. Always go their early in the morning on weekends for breakfast. If you are looking for quite and friendly atmosphere, this is perfect place. They also have live music at evening too.

This is a great little neighbourhood gem. The bannock french toast was fresh and tasty, the coffee was good and service was exceptional. Will definitely be back to check out the live music too!

Fantastic place to here some great music in a very intimit atmosphere and enjoy great food and bevys. Like visiting someone's house with live music
