Gabi & Jules Handmade Pies and Baked Goodness

Ridiculously awesome pies! I appreciate that they make well-caramelized and tasty crusts - not simple, doughy backgrounds to the fillings, but true pastry. The fillings are artistry with grown-up flavors, not overly sweet. Loved the space itself as well: airy and nicely decorated. Even the cups and teapots had an extra something to them in terms of design. The food plus the settings plus the venue made for a perfect package.

These pies are great! Both the sweet and savory are delish - flaky crusts and perfectly balanced fillings. Super cute atmosphere and really great service. I just left and immediately want to go back 🙈

It's honestly just okay pie....maybe the hype behind these pies had me expecting more, but in the end it was just okay. We had 2 pies to try out, one was the apple and the other pear. I'm not a fan of pear so that didn't do anything for me. Had high hopes for the apple, but like mentioned it just wasn't up there with others I had eaten. The apples were way to tart which didn't mix a pretty good crust.That being said though I'm a tough critic on pies and everybody else enjoyed theirs at the party.

This place is everything you hope for in a baked goods store. Cute and whimsical design, friendly and knowledgeable staff and some of the best pies and pie adjacent (fresh baked crostata) treats I've enjoyed in a while. I would recommend the Port Moody Fog. A London Fog infused with lavender. Delicious.

The best. Tried these pies first at Cafe Divanos years ago. Have always been the best and make great gifts
